They listened to our needs well and it was easy to set up. They understood covid interruptions and it was easy to start up when we felt safe. They show when they were suppose to. Keep up the good work.

I was really hoping that things like wiping down walls, cleaning windows, dusting, etc were a part of the monthly service but I'm having a hard time justifying the value for the cost. The cleaners have all been very friendly and nice though.

Cleaning is good, just not great. There is always missed spots, corners. Attention to detail would be greatly appreciated. Ex. In and around bathroom. Floor is cleaned but never fully clean( missing corners). Counters are wiped but I still find not wiped clean. Perhaps using clean towels, wiping twice with cleaning products.
Always someone new in group, maybe that is why as they’re in learning mode. In pandemic it’s understood but the money paying the floors and counters should be spotless.

all the girls were very nice and they did a great job with cleaning. i thought the initial deep down cleaning was a little on the expensive side but it will go down to $150.00 a month which is not bad.
