Prompt and thorough service. Tech used her own cleaning substances, though you can certainly have them use yours if you want. My condo looked great when they were done!
The staff was very courteous, friendly, and efficient.
They asked us several times how we wanted things done and
they pleased us very much.
Consistency. Most days service is excellent. Every once in a while spots are missed.
Professional cleaning job
I assumed that bathroom cleaning would entail cleaning of the tile especially behind the toilet. This was not done ,, no tile was cleaned at all. I was told that would cost more money. I was. Not aware of that when I signed on. I expected more for $265.00. The floors were cleaned and the furniture dusted. The work they did was good but not worth the money.
The cleaning teams are great. I am not sure about the products, everything is always clean but I am guessing the products are inconsistent only because the house doesn’t smell the same after each cleaning. Never bad but sometimes not at all. I like it when it has a fresh smell.
Cleaning Services are efficient, effective + progressional. It is our pleasure to have them in our home. Thank you Merry Maids!
I like that the lead girl remains the same. Jean is friendly, courteous, thorough. She makes sure everything is done. She kindly corrects the other girls if the are doing something incorrectly or have missed something. They are quick, quiet and efficient.

Excellent cleaning services
The condo was very clean except for the refrigerator handles were still dirty. In the future if I want the inside of the refrigerator and/or oven cleaned I will know to ask.
It was nice that the staff could use a lockbox and no one needed to be there! Thank you for making it convenient!
