Place looked and smelled clean
Our home was in great need. Terry and Paul did a fantastic job cleaning. I wish we had found you months ago.

Excellent team/customer support. Liz was a pleasure to work with while coordinating the cleaning date, and the cleaners (Jean and her teammate) were efficient, friendly, and worked really hard. They did a great job with the kitchen and bathroom, clearly told me what to expect, and left me a happy customer.
I give a 9/10 only because there were a few spots in the bathroom and kitchen that weren’t as thoroughly cleaned as I’d have desired (a section of wall in my kitchen that had little food splatters, and a small area in the bathtub that could have been scrubbed harder), but these were very minor things and overall they did a fantastic job that I am v. happy with! I know how hard of a job cleaning is (esp. deep cleaning) and so I appreciate the Merry Maids Team!

We get varied results from the people providing your services.
Last week, the folks did not vacuum the rugs or mop/sweep the bathroom floors.
Some weeks, the folks coming do a really good job.
The inconsistency is the problem.
The team that came to my house on Wednesday, October 7th were very professional and very sociable. They did everything I asked them to do. Great job!

The cleaning process and the cleaners are very good and very thorough.
I would recommend one thing though. The liquid cleaner that they use on the floors and on the counters etc., is very smelly and offensive. It leaves a bad odor!
I would suggest using a more 'FRESH' smelling fragrance or cleaner that has a more lemony or orange smell that's very pleasant.

I like the clean smell of the products
My deep cleaning request required two separate visits two days apart and there were still some areas missed. I loved Merry Maids the first 2 times I used them. Now, I’m just disappointed. Terrific customer service. Lazy / inattentive to detail execution.

I already sent you one of these. But OK, I'm pleased by the way you offer me a yearly calendar in advance so I can plan aspects of my month and year. I like it when you use lemon scented cleaning products. The friendliness of your cleaning persons or teams is exceptional. And I value very much your willingness during this pandemic time to allow just one person to enter and clean -- although I recognize that that can be hard on the person who cleans.
I frankly preferred MM's earlier way of notifying me when the cleaning would be done -- giving me a day or two in advance the 3 hour 'window' during which the worker/s would arrive. That fit my lifestyle and way of planning my day better than the current way of only notifying me by email that the worker is 'on the way.' Now I have to call your office in advance to get that 'window.' But I recognize that for people who habitually check their smart phones, texting them when the worker is on the way is useful.
