There is unevenness in the quality of cleaning by MM staff, and the same staff are not assigned to me each time, so I feel like I need to be present to check that the work is thorough enough. About half the time, one MM's cleaning is not thorough, incomplete, or missed.

Great service

There was a closet and several drawers and cabinets that were not cleaned. The freezer also was not cleaned. I spent over $400 for a deep cleaning and had to go back in and clean cabinets and sweep hardwood floors.

Nancy and Therasa are very good, they do a excellent job.

I was staying with my Fiancé at the time cleaning my daughter went into a very labor so I never really checked until I moved back home. I’m purchasing new furniture and my came to take out my furniture today when they moved the couch it hadn’t even been swept let alone cleaned. I was told floor to ceiling my walls were not even dusted let alone cleaned. Neither were my interior doors or cabinets. The only thing done was my tiny bathroom. I paid over 300.00 dollars to get my time bathroom cleaned. I would like to hear back from someone soon. I’m going in for shoulder surgery in about a month. Please contact me as soon as possible. The ladies are super nice. I love how consistent they are and timing is wonderful.
However, this last visit the bathroom counter felt as if it had not been cleaned or not rinsed well - it was gritty. I'm not wowed by the service. It's good, but nothing special.

This was the worst experience. Even though they wanted to go back and re - clean it was too late. I will never spend money or recommend this business to anyone I know. I paid $606 for my new home to be cleaned before moving in, and my home was not cleaned. The fans were dusty and the bathroom was dirty, the stove. Now you have my feedback so please stop sending me this to give feedback

Thorough, friendly, efficient

I would really prefer to have one or two people I can depend on rather than a whole series of different cleaners, and I like having them come at a fairly regular time of day. I know that moving them around works well for you, but I would really like to have the same one fairly regularly.
