When a cleaner is going to be late in arriving because he has been given another cleaning job do before mine, I would apprciate a phone call, informng me about that. My husband and I might have been out when Kevin arrived and missed him.

Scheduling problem:
It seems like my staying home/reserving an entire afternoon for the cleaners is too vague.* Why can't the window be more specific?

App problem:
After emailing me that they were on their way with an estimated ETA, the web page kept adding time to the expected arrival, for ~45 minutes, despite their actual arrival at my front door.

Cleaning problems:
The outside of the refrigerator was not wiped down, nor was the floor near it vacuumed.
The outside of the toaster oven was not wiped down either.
I thought that these were automatically supposed to be done.

The floors were not vacuumed thoroughly, with dog hair left stuck around the feet of furniture. The floors were not microfiber-mopped despite my providing cleaners, mop heads, and handle/dispenser, but I'm unsure if they were automatically supposed to be done.

The tile parts of the bathroom were not dusted or wiped down. I thought that this would automatically be done.

There were cobwebs left on the walls around and behind the tilting bathroom mirror and glass shelves.

I don't know how to make this right since I don't have time to wait around for a whole afternoon for another pair of cleaners to return. Maybe be sure to complete the missed items AND provide complete floor mopping for my galley kitchen next month?

I moved into a new apartment I asked for a price for my windows to be cleaned and the baseboards to be dusted. All they did was wipe the inside of my windows with what look like a dirty cloth . Never cleaned the ledge when you open them up when I called and complained they said that was extra! If I only asked for my windows to be cleaned that should’ve been stated from the beginning. Your company should be embarrassed !

The team of Kelsey and Amanda were outstanding! They worked thoroughly for their whole time here.

My only complaint is the price! $274 is unbelievable for a one bedroom condo!
I hope I will be able to afford Kelsey and Amanda for a monthly cleaning; but I'll have to check it out.

Nancy came to my home and washed all my floors and I have a small pantry and she was on her knees cleaning it I told her I am not that fussy
But she wanted and did an excellent job
Unfortunately I am not sure why it didn’t go into her order but she was supposed to clean my two ceiling fans and they were not done so I can only assume that the fans were forgotten by somebody that took my order because I believe Nancy would’ve done it

I have noticed a few things that were just overlooked, even things I pointed out. This was despite the number of things we simply told the cleaners to ignore (cutting back significantly on things to be addressed overall.)
On the other hand, both young women were very polite, friendly and courteous, which we greatly appreciated.
Given the oversights, though, the higher price for a first visit seems a bit unwarranted.

Please see the email I sent to the corporate office details everything we had a very bad experience with merry maids to get a terrible job cleaning our home and tried to charge $500 when we have multiple photos of places that Merry Maids didn't even white floors Sandy with degree underneath all counters dust cobwebs on the lights we have multiple photos showing what a poor job Merry Maids at dawn and we would like a refund because we are unsatisfied with the service provided it was awful the pictures say it all we have emailed the corporate headquarters and I have the photos to prove what a terrible job Merry Maids did
