I feel that I should have the cleaners here longer then 30 min for the price I pay $139. 00... I wish they could move the couch and chairs to vaccum behind them. I wish they would dust everything they see including nick nacks on top of hutch. The girls a good worker for the things your company tells them they can do. and very pleasant. Also.
I have other people do cleaning and they did everything for less money and stayed longer. My husband called MM as a surprise for me since I broke my knee.
He did not know the other girls phone numbers to call.
You have too many rulers for cleaning a persons home.
I do like the girls that come and I know you have them on a tight schedule which makes them rush in and out.

It depends on the team that comes. Sometimes my house is really clean and smells clean and all the floors, counters and under sofas are clean after a service. Other times it seems that certain rooms are clean, and other rooms are partially clean. This week the kitchen floor and downstairs areas were not cleaned thoroughly, but upstairs was.. I really like coming home to a clean house that also smells clean. When they come, that’s what I expect. This happens 85% of the time.

Theresa + Casey were wonderful I very much enjoyed having them in our home. The house looked beautiful for our company that was coming after the baby shower. As far as value for the money my husband + I felt it was not what we would have considered deep cleaning. The things we would have liked cleaned would have been light fixtures, windows + the sheets changed (perhaps the medicine cabinets in the bathrooms). We had a lot of construction done + they did a great job removing all the dust. I would give the 2 girls a 10 for their effort + personalities. They did a wonderful job communicating with me. I thought I would feel uncomfortable having them in my home but I very much enjoyed having them here. I hope this was helpful.

The cost of services was very high to then only get one person who took 4 hours to clean my unit was unacceptable. I also was not informed until she was onsite that the oven cleaning I requested could not be done because it had a self-clean feature and that the fridge cleaning I paid extra for did not include the freezer. That seems quite ridiculous.
Communication with the office to secure my sale was great but once the service was complete it was difficult to get an email response to my requests. I guess once the contract is in place the attention to communication quickly drops off.
Not a great experience overall and will not use again.
The team who takes care of my home does a consistently great job.
The service is pretty thourough and the products do the job as well
We were blindsided by our cleaner coming an hour earlier than scheduled. We use that time to pick up stuff to make the house easier to clean. We understand that some days we have to shift but we need a phone call to let us know.
Scheduling. I booked for a Monday and it was scheduled for Tuesday and the cleaners arrived 2 hours early. The cleaners did an excellent job.
Misrepresented the work included , ex. Windows only included sills , refrigerator and stove, only included wiping outside ( I could have done that )
Also the male helper that was sent out wiped the door and sills and left them soaking wet and used wet cloth on my leather couch ( not properly trained )
The 2 women workers were nice and did good work .
The full disclosure of exact work to be done should be told up front ....

The women were pleasant and undaunted by my hideously not-clean house. When they were done my house was sparkling clean and smelled good.
