I loved that it looked and felt clean but there was no strong smell! Also the little things like the plumped pillows and neatly folded towels was very nice to come home to!

the owner of home days later sent pictures of the inside of cabinets filthy.

I love Merry Maids...their staff do a wonderful job cleaning my home. They are friendly, efficient, thorough and they finish in a timely manner. My home always smells so fresh when they are done.

I've only had one visit but the staff on the phone was friendly and helpful and the cleaner who visited my home was knowledgeable and did a great job!

Patricia and Jennifer were personable, efficient, and hard working. They did a great job deep cleaning our house.

The girls are usually very good and do a great job when they come here.
But last time a guy was sent and he seemed rather goofy or wacky.
He statrted talking about things that were somewhat irrelevant.
My PCA felt rather uncomfortable with him.

Customer service ok the phone is awful. They lie to you. We had a verbal agreement that they would wait for me to pay the cancelation fee when I got paid and then immediately took the money out of my account without my permission when we hung up. You never sign a contract but they go in your account and take a cancelation fee?!?! Don’t ever use this company

The employees were very friendly and thorough in their work. They take pride in it as well . They made us feel very comfortable and relaxed while they were here.

Over all I am pleased with my cleaning team.
My one comment would be that at times some objects being on a dresser or table or free standing are not moved to be dusted.

I especially like boardwalk cleaner used on my wood floors.
