They did not pay attention to details. They missed cleaning the 1st floor bathroom sink. And dusting the master bathroom night stands was not very good. The staircase edges were very dusty. They had to return for a second day because they didn’t clean the guest bathtub at all. In all I was not impressed with the quality of the cleaning. That was my first experience with Merry Maids, I hope my next cleaning goes better.
Apartment was spotless after cleaning. The cleaners were very nice and efficient!

In reference to Merry Maids Service, I enjoy seeing familiar faces monthly in the individuals who visit and clean my home. Everyone is helpful, friendly, and efficient at what they do.
If problems are pointed out, they are rectified immediately to my satisfaction without question.
If your office was called for situations such as switching dates, times, to add, or change services, the office personnel are very helpful and informative by accommodating my request.
As for the products, all are non intrusive and mild in nature.
I did identify a product used mainly for the floors, which seemed to leave a tacky and sticky residue, even after the floor dried. The situations was remedied immediately by the team. The floor was rewashed with straight water. The cleaning team stated going forward they would dilute the product more and notifying the office of this problem.
I have used South Shore (Hanover) group the past year and have had no major complaints.

There are consistently places that get missed on dusting, vacuuming, and wiping. It's little stuff, but it adds up.

I paid $425 for a deep clean, and what occurred was more than disappointing. Floors have dust all over them and were not cleaned. Window sills not cleaned properly. A bar of soap underneath claw foot tub was not picked up and the floor was not cleaned. I have had other cleaners in the past and have had excellent results. This was the worst. I asked to have floors underneah radiators cleaned. They may have done a cursory dusting but there is still a lot of dust. They did not even pick up a couple of small pieces of paper underneath radiator. My husband said the 2 people stayed 2 1/2 hrs. Imagine paying $425 and then wanting a tip!

Merry Maids had to come back a second time to complete the job that I had contracted for. Would have been great to do the same job in one visit.
I was very happy with a specific Cleaning Supervisor and thankfully she has been assigned as my Cleaning Team. I am very grateful for this accommodation.
