The team that has come has been very efficient! The follow up cleaning of my son’s condo only took an hour.

The scheduling process was excellent. The cleaning was not as thorough as I would have expected for deep cleaning. Not all the corners, trim or floors were cleaned. There were still cobwebs in corners of rooms etc.

The cost is the only issue I have had
I am ambivalent about recommending because I know that you have some staffing challenges at the moment. The primary person who cleans my house does a terrific job. The latest partner with her also did a terrific job, but the second person changes from time to time. Also, for what its worth, sending me a text, and an email, then I call to confirm and THEN CALLING ME to remind me of my cleaning seems as if there is some sort of emergency. Update your methods. If you heard from me - don't call. Three notifications is too many. Maybe you can ask all customers which method they would prefer for a reminder? Text is fine, by the way.
