There were a few missed items. Some I saw and were corrected but a few areas were still dusty. I would also have liked items in the bathroom to be put back in place instead of left on the vanity from the floor and shower.

I wish I could’ve scheduled a specific time because my schedule was a little thrown off because I had to make sure I was close by in case they were on the way. Also I just feel like it wasn’t a good deep cleaning

It would be nice to have the same group (or one) come more regularly rather than have different people all of the time. Train them to see as he home owner sees: cobwebs in distant corner, etc. Replace bathroom mats after the floor dries, etc.

My monthly service from Kevin is swift but also thorough, and very responsive to any special need I may have.

the house is a joy after visit from a Merrt Maid nd the MM is so professional and able.

Cheerful, friendly people who worked well together, asked questions when they needed more info, and did a wonderful job on our home. I had forgotten to mention respiratory difficulties to ammonia when making the appointment, but did mention first thing to the team. They immediately checked all products for ammonia, even though they were fairly sure there was none in their products. I'm still smiling as I look around my beautifully cleaned home.

terry gets right to work and does a thorough job. she is pleasant even on hot and humid days.

First, the crew and cleaners are always friendly, courteous, and kind. They are largely why we haven't cancelled our subscription.

However, for the amount of money we are paying every 2 weeks, I'm second guessing whether this is worth the money. It is certainly not to the level of clean that I'd like for the cost - the windows aren't included in the package, there is still always some dust lingering after they leave (again, not the crew's fault - it's just not included in the packaging), and I always end up vaccuming a few days after they leave and come up with a vacuum full of dog hair/dust.

We have really enjoyed seeing our cleaning crew every 2 weeks. But, for the price, I would expect significantly more cleanliness.

Each week, I continue to ask myself if it is worth it. I haven't gotten to the point of canceling yet, but I'm always just on the brink of it.
