I am beyond disappointed in the service that I received from Merry Maids. They did not clean my house in a professional way that the cleaning company shine. They were many areas that were not completed, nor cleaned at all. I was shocked at the amount of money that I was charged for such a shallow clean both times they came out. The last time they came out was yesterday and they were in and out of here in less than one hour.
As a once before owner of a cleaning business, I was blown away completely. Not only did I find this disappointing, but they have you waiting around for them all day when I specifically asked for them to come in the morning when I initially signed up for the services. Never again

Good crews, good service.

Paul and his crew are great, but as the house is so small I would prefer that only 2 people come. A trio must be difficult because of space constraints.

When 3 associates clean one place ..Expectations is your place should sparkle .. Need better organizing skills . We will continue to stay .. Merry Maids has been good to us .. Thank you ..

Kevin is pretty prompt and does a good job for us. The sanitizer used in the kitchen smells good.

For the most part, I thought they did a good job. The cleaners missed one whole room on the second floor and there was some pieces of rug pad on the bedroom floor that I thought could easily be scraped and vacuumed which they didn’t bother with and I came back and cleaned it up myself; other than that the place looked good. I’m not sure I would call merry maids in the future?

I was willing to pay for 7 hours, and was glad when I heard the cleaners finished in 6. However, the upstairs hallway wasn’t dusted, there were 2 cabinets not cleaned inside, and one wasn’t wiped down in the front or inside at all. Other than that they did a great job!

1 Sent us Kevin 2 went to once a month January 8th then not again until Feb 26th. 3 How does it take two girls less than 2 hours and one girl an hour something is not being done thoroughly. 4 we agreed on a price and they never had to clean one room in our house the office my bad i guess

Excellent Service

Everything you use smells fresh, but not overpowering so. Your garbage bags are terrible, however.

Overall it was ok.
There were many things that were not done. Admittedly I failed to ask them to be done.
Looking forward to the next cleaning.

I find it difficult to schedule an appointment with them as they can't really come when I am at home and I do not want people in my house when I am not here, just a preference. So if they worked longer hours once every couple of weeks, scheduling would be much more convenient.

But I appreciate their work and think that they do a swift, efficient and basically good job at cleaning my small home.

Thanks for asking. Two kitchen cabinets were overlooked and they were the only double-door glass-front cabinets, and they flank the oven. I had specifically asked to have the plastic trash can cleaned but it was not done (I had already removed the trash). Was the service supposed to include wiping the front of the dishwasher? The result was just a wipe over, one wished that some elbow grease was used to wipe! The tub and stairway was excellent, as was some of the kitchen. Otherwise, it was excellent.

Quesstion: Is a more thorough cleaning on your menu? I mean, well, it seems like more elbow grease could be applied to the countertops or some stronger liquid cleaner? I understand the greasy condition of the stove/oven. I don't have any complaints about that.
