The owner of the Jersey Mikes watched your crew work for 1-1/2 to 2 hours and still had to hire others to come in after your crew to finish the job to an acceptable quality.

The team who services my home is very efficient.

One of the two showers appeared not to have been cleaned, there was still the typical shower filth/slime in there after the cleaning. This being our new home we ended up having to re-clean the shower ourselves. The other shower was done appropriately with no issue. There were also multiple shelves in the fridge and the cabinets that were missed and required us to re-do. We paid extra for the deep clean and the fridge so it was disappointing to have to re-do the work. Overall for the cost, the cleaning certainly did not meet expectations and it was disappointing to not get the the full deep clean promised and paid for.

The workers do a good job and are very flexible about what they should or should not do.

I am happy with no problems however people are funny about reviews as I have given them a recommendation in the past but with no results

It seems each cleaning there is something missed. Just a small thing usually, for example the trash barrel wasn’t moved to wash the floor behind it, another time there were still crumbs on the kitchen table, I often notice cobwebs in corners don’t get dusted. So although I would recommend Merry Maids because the cleaning is good I wouldn’t give it a 10. Maybe have one person just scan each room before calling it done?

Good cleaning staff, helpful office staff

The first time the maids came was great where they were able to clean a few areas really well. The second time was a little disappointed, but third time was absolutely amazing as I was ready to cancel my service but the two girls saved the day. . This last visit was probably the worst of all the cleanings. Granted, I always pre clean a lot so they could focus on areas that need it more, but the shower/both bathrooms were pretty filthy still as well as most general areas. Not really sure what I paid for.!
