Very good customer service

Everything was good. Few corners could have been cleaned a bit better but overall good.

I would really prefer to have the same person (or persons) come each time rather tan feel as I sometimes do that I am the training ground for new workers. I have requested that before, but so far with very little success.

I spent an hour at the house cleaning what they didn’t clean. For example, the kitchen floor had crumbs all over it. The house did not smell like it had been disinfected. Some pieces of furniture were not put back into their proper places.
Also, they did not clean in the order I asked them to which caused a big issue for me.
They were very nice, but the job was not done well.
When I called the headquarters to report the issues while they were cleaning, I felt like the lady was arguing with me. It was a stressful, disappointing experience for me.

Terrific service, thanks! 4 talented staff spent a half day cleaning my house from top to bottom. It was quite dirty with a cleaning over due. I DID already respond to this survey. I like the way the Merry Maids administrative team responds to my various requests, the way its cleaners come on time and (when I am home) are both amiable in brief conversation and ready to go to work immediately, I like the job of cleaning they do.

Full attention to detail is still not there. This past week, my carpeted stairs were not vacuumed. The wood on the sides was done but not cleaned between the staircase spindles. I don’t know why. Other aspects were done well. However, the cleaning itself was not 100%. I do get frustrated.

I always enjoy Nancy doing my cleaning! She does a great job and I am also happy to learn that your new products attack 99+% of germs especially in this infectious time.
