My cleaning team is amazing. I consistently have the same team so we have gotten to know each other if I have any concerns they’re glad to take care of it immediately if they have any suggestions, they will let me know.
Did not do a deep clean
Two very efficient cleaners. The rooms always look clean and tidy.
The quality of the teams varies. I would like to see more consistency and would prefer not to have to go around checking after visits to see if the job is done properly. However, the customer service by the person in the office is excellent! Very responsive!
I have asked for an hours notice before arrival and this has not happened. Also the cleaning is not as thorough as I would expect for the price.

I like that I generally have a consistent team cleaning my house so I can be pretty confident they know the “quirks” of my house.

Sending the same crew when possible, they would know my preferences. Also I prefer to have only one person clean, not a team of three.

My only constructive comment is related to the product or tool used to wash the kitchen and bathroom floor. They are sometimes sticky and aren't that clean after your visit.
Merry maids does an excellent job
The maids sent are not interested in proper cleaning, many areas left uncleaned.. Scheduled a redo, took the day off of work and received confirmation the night before. Received a cancellation call 2 hours before maids expected arrival explaining that the maids called in. I would expect this company to have proper staffing that this would not impact the client but not the case here! I explained that this repeated inconvenience was unacceptable and asked for a refund. I was told that refund was not an option. I now plan to dispute with my credit card and hire a quality and reliable cleaning service.
I have used Merry Maids for quite awhile now and I recommend them highly.
On time. Reliable, consistent. Professional, efficient and discrete. MM of South Shore is not cheap, but you pay for what you get. If you're looking for quality and a professional service, this is where to go.

The crew did a really good job! They were fast and efficient. I Will be scheduling another deep clean of my 2nd floor when some construction in the bathroom is finished after the holidays!
There were a few areas of our house that were not dusted like windowsills, and none of the windows or glass sliding door were cleaned.
