I asked for post reno deep clean three-room
Dust was still left everywhere lick oars in kitchens were not cleaned desk shelves were not wiped down parts of the floor were unclean and the worst my stainless steel oven top was damaged when cleaned. Stained rubbed to hard discolored.
My first time ever using a service and I have many friends who do and they never experienced what I have. I spent the rest of the day cleaning the three rooms myself

Merry Maids is concerned for the homeowner and reminds them of the service date with a time frame in which to expect the cleaning team on that day. The nice part about Merry Maids service, the team arrives with everything needed to properly clean my home per my request and I provide nothing. The office dictates the instruction to the cleaning team in advance so they can immediately start cleaning upon arrival. They are not afraid to ask questions or point out any issues or concerns to the homeowner. I am very pleased with their service and products. No matter which team members arrive that day, they always do a thorough and acceptable job. Special request can be accommodated if mentioned in advance, especially if particular jobs are not needed every visit.

In my opinion this was a rip off for what was done for the price. The house was already clean (brand new) and nothing included in price that was actually needed.

Over the past two years I have used your services to give Mom and Dads home the sparkle every house deserves. Aftewr moms passing dad didnt have the energy to keep up with the homes general upkeep. The home wasnt dirty it just needed the quarterly cleaning. Each time you came the house during this tie you placed a smile on dads face.

Moving forward to last week. Dad has moved into a long term care facility so it was time to have the house cleaned top to bottom. and I simply didnt have the time. When I placed the order I mentioned that the home would be sold and that I needed the dust and the cob webs removed from the corners. I may ove exagerated a bit.

I feel that your crew was expecting the worst. They were pleasantly surprised that the task at hand was "nornmal" The crew seperated and tackled one roon at a time. When they were done the corners wer dusted. Both the floos and the ceilings. The walls were dusted and wiped down. the same with the floors.

Mom and dad always kept things picked up. However when the crew left I dont think that I have veer seen the home so clean or smell that fresh. Thank you.

And i feel better that the new owners are walking into a clean house.

A few things we thought would be cleaned were the windows and window sills. I also noticed a few inside kitchen cabinets had residue on them that could have been wiped. Above the kitchen sink also didn’t seem to be wiped down.

They didn’t know what they were there to do. Asking me via a phone translation app. Only there a half hour - I had to clean cobwebs and vents when they left. Socks were dirty on floor - obviously not washed. Huge waste of money.

the team was very thorough and arrived as scheduled. The house was empty and was professionally cleaned before the final walk thru.

My buyers were very impressed with how wonderful everything looked

I was extremely disappointed in this service. It was a very service level clean. Maybe a quick vacuum, but still so much dirt and dust left everywhere.
