We love our teams! We can tell that they are stretched however; they are missing the finer points during their visits. We know that staffing has been difficult, and look forward to a more normal 2024.

Overall the service was great, everything looks and smelled good. Only thing I noticed was that one of the showers still had some dirt in the grout, but not sure if the service includes cleaning the grout.
