friendly people. House looks and smells clean.

This was our first visit (deep clean). The maids themselves were pleasant. I was home while they were here. They asked for a walkthrough and asked what I wanted for each room. The products they used made my house smell super clean. I am big on dust. There was not one ounce of dust in my house after they were done. Out of everything that was done...which was a lot... we have a pretty good size home... there was only ONE THING that was missed. Our chrome shower head wasn’t cleaned. Not a problem at all considering all that was done for our first visit. We had Liza and Mary. While they both worked their butts off, Liza is a force to be reconded with when it comes to getting stuff done. She’s fast and pays VERY MUCH ATTENTION TO DETAIL. I would most definitely recommend Merry Maids to a friend.
The ability to request certain people each time. The level of clean and understanding of our house. The flexibility of scheduling. The fact that you are bonded.

The crew did an excellent job cleaning the townhome. The products used did a great job cleaning very dirty bathrooms. The house smelled wonderful and looked so nice.
One comment - the key was put back in the lockbox, but the door was left unlocked and some lights were left on.

Excellent cleaning done efficiently and quickly
I felt our one-time deep cleaning service was a good value for the cost. It was a TOUGH job that took a long time (about 7 hours for 7 rooms). In general, I was very pleased with the result. I remember walking around the day after our cleaning and marveling at each new clean space I came across. I especially value the hard work they put into cleaning our oven and refrigerator.
Unfortunately, some key details were overlooked. I think our team simply ran out of time to thoroughly attend to the kitchen and living room floors and light fixtures. The linoleum kitchen floor was left dirty, the living room area rug concealed much grime and dust that seemed not to have been addressed at all, and the light fixtures in both rooms had not been cleaned.
I don’t really want to criticize, the surfaces not dusted or cleaned bothered me. And there were simple things that could have been done but weren’t.
Just more consistent with cleqning the floors.
Fast, efficient, friendly
We were delighted to have MM arrange a day in place of Christmas (which would have been our usual day) so we could enjoy our holiday with a fresh and clean home.
The ladies were very thorough inspite of significant grime as well as friendly and professional.
Both Colin andJennifer are very considerate and always do a good job.
For the most part, your products are fine. I do,however, prefer certain products be used for my stovetop and corian countertops and this is done.
Merry Maids does a good thorough job cleaning my apartment and can be counted on to be here as scheduled.

I know my walls were dirty, but that was the only reason the team was there. I just felt they could have given it a little more attention to detail. When they were done and they asked me to spot check, there were glaring spots where the cleaning had dried and the dirt was now more viable than before they started. They spot treated those areas, but again, I had to go back and do more of it after they left.
Liza and her team ROCK!!! They were kind and empathic towards my 90 year old mother and they did an awesome job of cleaning.
Liza and Darcy arrived on time and didn’t rush the cleaning. Products used didn’t leave a strong unpleasant fragrance.

Last week one of the sections of my house was not dusted. I find that almost each time there is an area that is not done fully (once it was my downstairs entrance way, another time it was the dressers in my dressing room). I think there have been different people each time so that is contributing to that. I have asked for the same people each time so hopefully this will resolve. Its an expensive service for the size of my house . Overall, I have been very happy with the general service and appreciate the effort. Just hoping to get 100% each time. Overall impression is very good. Just hoping for a smidge more consistency. Im also doing more over the next couple weeks to improve the upstairs of my home which should make cleaning easier for the team as well.
