Jodi is doing a great job!
While the staff has punctual and professional I think I may have misunderstood what would be part of a deep clean.
The customer service was very good and I was very impressed how quickly Merry Maids could provide service.
Only had the deep clean done last week and the cleaners r coming back because they forgot to do several areas. This is after I had a sales rep come out and I went over with her what I wanted done. Not very happy with the service right now. And I just signed up for a year, and have to take time out of my day to make sure everything gets done this time.
Kevin is on time he is polite and does a professional job cleaning.

Everything smells fresh and look very clean. I love the freshness after they finish.
I value especially the early word about what window of time the service persons will come, and the quick and generous way that MMaids responds to any problem or issue I ask them about.
