Very pleased with all products that are being used in my home. Nancy is a "gem". Always glad to see her.
I always feel comfortable with MM coming into my home for cleanings. They do a great job in a short amount of time with lots of little personal touches! It feels good to be comfortable with our cleaning service and it feels even better to come home after work to a clean house!!!
We have been particularly happy the past few years because we have had Darcee on a regular basis and she is amazing!!! ❤️
Work well
The best part of using Merry Maids to clean our home is having Nancy as our cleaner. The products are fine, but they're only as good as the person using them. Yeah Nancy!
Reasonably thorough cleanings. The cleaning products have a nice scent.
Darcee does a fantastic job and I love the products she uses. My stainless steel looks great after she has left.
The floors have looked so much better compared to the beginning so I just think time to put that behind us.

Great house cleaning by Brenda!
The cleaners were both very nice women so I hate to say anything negative but I would not use this service again. My shower still had mildew on it that I cleaned myself with mildew cleaner. My cabinets were clean on the doors but the sides were not cleaned. The decorative tile above my stove was not clean. The chairs were supposed to be cleaned and were not.

Attention to detail.
Prior to this past visit, I did not like the smell of the cleaning substance that was used. This past visits cleaner was much more pleasant.

We consistently receive excellent service from Kevin, our regular cleaner. He is efficient, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. Our home always looks great after his visits.

Sometimes after a job when a cleaner does a outstanding job, I have called and asked that the person/persons can be my preferred cleaner if possible. This seems to guarantee that I never see them again.
I don’t want you to punish any employee but I will not be using merry maids anytime in the future for light cleaning sorry but I expected a more professional job

Appreciate that you sent a team back to dust. My only suggestion would be to give first time users more instruction I.e, leave clean sheets out on the bed. As mentioned they put dirty sheets back on the bed because I was not aware they made beds and pulled them off to wash myself later. I could understand the confusion but I was here and there was no cornered sheets I.e., why didn't they ask. But know I know too! : )
