The last item that is done before leaving is washing the living room floor. The living room floor doesn’t come out clean. It looks like it has a film or streaks. Maybe this is a result of dirty water?? A second pail of clean water reserved for the last room after the kitchen is mopped might help.

I had asked for consistent cleaning personnel and each visit there is a new person. I do not feel comfortable having so many people coming in my home. And the timing varies each visit. One visit, a one the cleaning personnel had to leave early and was picked up by her creepy appearing friend whom was driving this black beat up vehicle, which made me uncomfortable. And several of the workers smoke and reek of smoke upon entering the house. And the cleaning prior Christmas, the upstairs bathroom did not appear to have touched. Unfortunately, to exit out of the contract, I will have to pay a high fee to do so. Therefore, I feel trapped in this contract. Although the house is clean and I understand people work hard to make a living, yet would prefer a more professional service. I regret being locked into this contract.

I very much like Kiley and Sami when they work together because they make a great team and my house looks and feels nice and clean when they're done. Kiley has come to my house longer and she does a great job.

The last two cleaning have been much better and detail oriented however I would need more consistency before recommending with a higher score.

It is a good service for the price. But a bit slapdash. The mirrors and glass actually is worse after a visit--it is obvious they've been sprayed but are all smeary. And cleaning things are left out, other things moved to odd places. But I am satisfied.

Every time I come home after the Merry Maids have been there I am so happy. They have made my two bedroom apartment sparkle. Everything is in order and they leave a nice note. I love what they do and consider them a blessing!

There is consistency in providing schedules cleaning. No cancellations. I do miss the clean smell of a product that was used on floors though. Current is ? Odorless.

The services are fine, the follow-ups when I request something special are good, and I like MM's flexibility if I need service on a different day, as well as the calls to alert me as to when the 'window' for cleaning will be.

The cleaning is only oK. It could be more thorough. Things are clean but not sparkly clean. For the price, it should be more noticeable.

When I filled out my last survey, I was not happy with the Office Staff or the Service and stated I wouldn't recommend Merry Maids. However, Melissa contacted me and has worked very hard to improve the cleaning services. She sent Liza who is amazing and so easy to deal with. On Liza's first visit she spent almost 4 hours cleaning and admitted a lot was missed from previous cleaners, especially in my upstairs bathroom!

Last week Liza was back and once again did an outstanding job! Also, Melissa was kind enough to come to my home again to make sure I was satisfied. I love dealing with Melissa and Liza, the rest of the staff not so much, that is the reason my score is an 8.

I was impressed with Melissa's quick turn around in recommending the best cleaner for my home. Merry Maids should recognize Melissa and Liza for going above and beyond. Thank you! Name removed

Thank you for cleaning my daughters house. She did say that there were some areas in kitchen and basement that were not clean. This first clean was suppose to be deep clean. Thanks for your attention. Marcie Last name removed
