Well we gave $20 tip to each to ensure things would be cleaned to our standards & theybwere not!,Kiley & Melissa were joking around & did not clean teapots or sivider & dining room table or any of 6 chairs!
They did not do baseboards astold with all purpose cleaner & lemon oil! Asked to.put vacuum wand down lint trap & was nkt done! Aske to tuck sheets in bed & they were not done!
Darcee was unable to do 4 windows 2 in front 2 in reat room!

Products used have pleasant smell not chemical Extra attention given to a particular room at times staff are able to work with dogs in the house

Cleaning products didn't get the grout clean on floors .Floors are less then a year old and grout is supposed to be stain resistant. Otherwise we were happy with what the gals did. We have a couple more cleanings scheduled. We're hoping for a better result next time.

The 2 women that come are top notch. Without their amazing work I would likely have cancelled my service as previous cleaners were not as thorough. They are always smiling, and I always look forward to their visits!

Too expensive for easy clean. No way to get proper and better assessment before hand.

Our service providers - Teresa and partner - have been consistently top quality. They are responsive to anything we ask - like cleaning the kitchen twice to make sure it shines - and always have a professional attitude. They are clearly a 10.

Hello. Some things were done well. Kitchen cabinet fronts were very clean. We had to call you back again 2 days later to clean and dust areas that were missed, remove cobwebs and clean baseboard heat registers that were not done. We returned to house again yesterday and still found cobwebs and dust next to washer and dryer and in dining room in an unobstructed corner. Spiders living in both webs. Took pictures. Unacceptable for a $350 "deep cleaning". Disappointed and think we deserve some money returned to us.

My house is clean after Merry Maids - but no more than anyone else would clean. That is, corners are not vacuumed, an empty fruit bowl that has a couple of leaves in it from former contents is not wiped out, etc. I'm not talking white glove, just a half step beyond the most basic cleaning. I do like that all the wooden window and door panes are wiped down every time. But for the cost of the cleaning, I don't feel like I'm getting my money's worth.

I like the alert call two days before, the availability if needed of extra services, and the ease of credit card payment. The cleaners have always been on time, do very good work, and pay extra attention to specific things when I ask them to.

The job was a bit sloppy. I should have been given more than $40 off !!!!!

I wonder if the product(s) used cleans that well because my house doesn't have a nice fresh clean smell when there done cleaning. For the amount of money spent I want my house not only to look clean, but smell and feel clean when they're done!

House was vacant, no furniture, no knic knacs on property merry maids was told of this,,,,,,ceiling fans, top of fridge were left filthy,, empty rooms were not even swept properly, under and over radiator covers , rubbish and dirt left around washer, dryer, do not know if they brought a toilet brush with their supply ,,as upstairs toilet left with stains,,they do not do cobwebs in corners near cielings,,do not sweep out empty closets? Did not sweep cellar as requested,, they came back out to redo the fridge and ceilings fans, only for me do do them myself properly, along with re-sweeping, had to rehire someone else to go in to help me,, very very disappointed 460$ for a clean fridge and a general sweep???

Everything looks great when we get home. No "weird" smells. And have never said oh the missed

The team came in & cleaned the entire house within 2 hours time, which was great, but did not thoroughly wash the kitchen floor, or dust the blinds. The downstairs bathroom was cleaned, but I needed to do more in the shower. I felt they were a bit too rushed. I've had other companies come in who have been more thorough, especially for the price that I paid.

Put items back in order

Don't change the arrival time the morning of. People plan their day around the timing and last minute changes are not great.

More attention to surfaces (Examples - Desks, Tables, and counter tops). Consistent use of cleaning products on floors. Sometimes it appears only water is used?

Polite, responsible and friendly staff.

Not finding that a full clean is done. I find it needs a better vacuuming and floor washing is needed.
I think more time in bathrooms is needed.
