How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I had to complain 4 times that the doors were being left unlocked when the Merry Maids left my facility.

I also had issues with the quality of the cleaning in several occasions and though management did step in and correct it I couldn't continue after the 4th time the door was left unlocked.

When I emailed to cancel my service I was accused of leaving the door open myself which was outrageous (merry maids are the only ones who enter through that door as it doesn't even face our main parking lot) - on top of it being pretty rude to a customer it's also a blatant lie as they were the only people in the studio and it's clearly an issue that is reoccurring.

Really disappointed.

I have already expressed my frustration. I am extremely dissatisfied with the owners response . So I am certain that I will tell everyone to go elsewhere for a cleaning . Or st least to another franchise . Very poor move on the management side . You should always go by the phrase
" Customer is always right "- even if you don't agree and in my case their is no way people do not agree with me .

What could we do to improve?

When calling to confirm a cleaning job, it's helpful to the customer to be reminded of who is coming to do the cleaning and the time they will be coming.

It would be great if the person scheduled to do the cleaning could bring with them the invoice to give to the customer as a receipt.

Personally, I do not want to call or send an email after each cleaning to request an invoice.

What could we do to improve?

I have repeatedly asked to be informed if a new team is coming to my home but my request has been ignored. Last Wednesday a new team arrived. Although they had a written plan of what was to be done they had many questions which deserved to be answered. My home is very large and not all parts of it need to be cleaned on a regular basis. If I had not been home, I think your team would have struggled to do the job. I am not always home when the team comes to clean but if I knew a "new" team was coming, I would try to be there to answer any questions they most likely would have.

I don't know what products you use. Maybe someone can give me a list since I do now
have little grand children that I want to keep safe. Lately the two people that come
to my house Joshua and Paul leave my house clean and smelling fresh.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I spent $500 for an initial cleaning and verified that baseboards would be cleaned and I thought the floors would be cleaned. Instead I felt like the house was only vacuumed, dusted, and trash removed. Yes this was helpful but not what I expected from a $500 cleaning. I expected much more and I could have done all of that myself very easily. In fact, my house was pretty clean already. I really expected things to be shiny and smell like they had really been cleaned.

I liked the thorough cleaning my home was given by Ashley Gomes and Sam on the initial cleaning provided by Merry Maids, Hanover, MA. Ashley and Sam continuously worked diligently to clean ever visible inch of my home. Because they did such an excellent job, I decided to have them clean my home every two weeks. In fact, I was so pleased with the results that I asked Nicole in the office to be sure to send Ashley Gomes and Sam to my home every two weeks. Thank you for your excellent cleaning service and for hiring efficient and pleasant cleaners!!!

The merry maids arrived on time. They brought their own equipment and cleaning products. They were very efficient, Each one went to work right away cleaning my house, Each one had their own chores to do and they were excellent at what they did, i would highly recommend Merry Maids to my friends.

The cleaners stated that since our deep clean was performed on a Saturday they could only work until 5 PM. They arrived at the house in the morning a little after 11. There were many items left undone not to mention the product they used to be damp mop the hardwood floors seriously discolored and lightened them.

What do you like about our services and the products used in your home?

I appreciate the call beforehand to tell me when the team will be working: I look forward to using the extra services (paid for, of course) available, like refrigerator cleaning. I like the faintly citrusy smell of the place when I return from doing errands or going to the office.

No disappointment really.the team did a good job however the only thing that disappoints me is , ongoing $ every other week. I don't think the cleaning that I need in my house is $170 worth. Twice a month. If that is negotiable I would be interested .

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Hi. I needed my apartment cleaned in a pinch, and i was grateful for that. The person that did the cleaning was very nice and professional.

I work overnights, and am stretched for time. I worked overnight on Tuesday night, and had plans to meet someone from Merry Maids between 11 and 1 on Wednesday.I rushed home for work, and stayed awake waiting. The person didn't arrive until almost 2, and therefore didn't leave until after 4. This means that I couldn't sleep until they left, which was about 4:30 pm, and I had to be up at 5:30 pm. It was really frustrating that they were late - especially since if i knew they were coming closer to 2 I would have tried to get some sleep before they came.

The service is also incredibly expensive - more expensive than a lot of other services. Considering that it is so much more expensive - I would have expected an amazing job. It was an ok job - but not amazing. Average work should have an average charge. I am not sure whyI I was charged the initial "deep clean" rate when I dont think the clean was more than regular cleaning. The areas under my couch/chair were not cleaned. To clean the floors my shoes were just pushed out of the way - but not re-lined up when they were done. My fruit bowl was moved off the table to clean the table, and not replaced. There are still water marks all over my shower.

Overall the place looked nice. I am glad it is clean. It was probably more inconvenient than convenient since i had to wait so long. Also - it was a regular clean, not a deep clean. What I got was worth $130, but not $260.

The girls were great and the service was good, just not worth the price in my opinion. Some areas were left not as cleaned as I would've expected (some areas of the shower and bedroom). For $ 300 for a 1 BR apartment, I expected it to be better.
