left door unlocked 3x over night (expensive equipment inside)
left trash bag on desk instead of taking it out on numerous occasions

customer service is great and responsive but the door being unlocked is a huge issue and I have complained about it before (only been using service for 4 or 5 months, to happen 3x in 5 months isn't acceptable)

Everything looks great when I come home from work--and she leaves a little note for me, too! Merry Maids is very easy to work with too: if I have to change my regularly scheduled cleaning they are helpful and always reschedule promptly. I like that they always call me to remind me about my upcoming cleaning date.
I had a great experience from sales to service. The tech they sent out, Alexa, did a wonderful job.
Great job done place looks smells and shines clean. Kitchen cabinets shine and have a nice lemon smell. Rooms are tidy and fresh. I love to come home after merry maids have been here
The mirror over the sink in the bathroom opens up to a couple of shelves - this was not wiped down. There were areas behind the doors upstairs (when they are open) that were still dusty. For the amount of many and the fact that the house was completely empty at the time of the cleaning I would have not expected those two misses to happen.
Cobb Webb's were left in multiple places through out house. We did a Derek clean a $550 service.
Apon letting our frustration known we got a $50 credit...... if it ever gets refunded to my card.

Overall very thorough . The products smelled great and house looked beautiful. I did notice under some furniture in family room they missed. Not a huge deal. They were responsive when I asked them to complete the missed spots. Thanks.

I did not like the way my hardwood floors werewashed, they were spotty.No cleaning in corners.I did not like not getting afinal bill.Not a good experience.Especially the billing
The people came when they said they would, bringing their own products and equipment. This was a first cleaning and the house was in sorry need. Teresa and Paul worked steadily for 5 hours and cleaned and dusted and swept and sanitized. Our house looks great and we can decorate for Christmas knowing that everything sparkles. Looking forward to the next time.
There is no consistency some cleanings are great some are not. Most of the time nothing's moved to be dusted
Last cleaning my bathroom floor was not vacuumed or washed. Dog fur was still on floor and toilet sides were not cleaned. Sink counter was not cleaned well. I had to clean my bathroom on the day of cleaning. Was not happy at all!!

The services we requested were completed to my expectation. I will be calling again to supplement our household cleaning needs.
I was having a party and wanted my first floor cleaned. Kitchen, bathroom and foyer. When the cleaner arrived she was very nice and did an amazing job but it took her 2 hours in the kitchen since she informed me she was a "slow" cleaner and they should have sent two people for the first visit. I was ready to sign up for monthly service but was disappointed that the rooms I wanted cleaned for the party were not touched. I did explain this was short notice but they assured me it was fine. My interactions with booking the appointment and setting up service was great. Great communication but I wish I could have had 2 people. I was reimbursed for $30 which I appreciated but will be trying another service.
The people you have sen have all done a great job of cleaning. I couldn't be more pleased. They are efficient and pleasant.
