Kevin doesn't always replace the kitchen bags, he says there are none. But they are under the sink as they always have been, and also my medium trash bags which can be used for smaller bins.

I thought they were very thorough

I don't feel like I pay for the amount the maids actually clean and they only do about a good a job as I would myself. I was given an initial estimate based on the size of my house and they charge me that regardless of the time it actually takes to clean. I'm a fairly neat person and to pay $150 for an hours worth of cleaning seems excessive. Especially when they just do what I would have done myself and nothing extra. And they don't even put things back the way they found them.

There is room for improvement from my last service. A fait to midland job was done. Nothing worthy of a phone call.

House was clean and tidy for the new owners. Did a great job and were able to accommodate our schedule.

Having some trouble - shortcuts every week. My bathroom floor is never done thoroughly, even the smallest things are never moved just mopped around. I've asked several times, but every week it's the same. Also, every week my kitchen mat is moved, mopped under, and then put back on a wet floor. The bottom then sticks, and we have to scrub pieces of the mat off of the floor. It's become frustrating feeling like a complainer over and over again.

Our cleaner Kevin is reliable, and does excellent work.

Provide time Windows for service

The only thing that I expect is my bed to be made correctly. I do not want to come home to remake it. I expect the bottom fitted sheet to be put on the correct direction so it actually fits the bed the way it is made to fit and the top sheet to be tucked in at the foot of the bed. Theses two things are not consistently completed. Some of the time they have been completed and I am pleased.

We had no idea that drawers and closets, or anything with doors (fridge) is not opened and cleaned. Very disappointing for a deep cleaning service. If MM wants to make it up to us they should refund some money and make clear, for all future customers, what is not covered in their services. The floors are not very clean, which is particularly noticeable one our first floor. Under the beds and furniture are usually not cleaned (although the Maids do a good job on the staircase and rugs near the doors which are full of dog hair.)
Next visit, we would like the Maids to focus more on the first floor and kitchen area.

We have only just begun using Merry Maids at our office. Our first cleaning was completed thoroughly and efficiently. The products used for the cleaning made the whole office smell nice and fresh......not chemical smelling. Great job!

My cleaning was horrible. Many things were not completed. I am now being told that I must pay the full price for the deep clean because I cancelled my year contract. The entire process has been nothing but annoying and I would absolutely not recommend Merry Maids to anyone.

My appointment was for a deep cleaning before putting my house on the market and first open house. The team was on time and polite. However, large smudges (3"x1") were made on newly painted wall, wallpaper was lifted at baseboard, wallpaper was torn, upholstery/ lampshades were not vacuumed, glass tabletops were not cleaned, control panel on stove was not cleaned, not all windowsills were cleaned, cobwebs remained, pulled-out heavy furniture was not replaced, vinyl floors were very poorly washed. I even took one room off their list because I was working in it. I left when they did and so did not see this until after the fact. My daughter-in-law contacted MM for me. Someone insinuated that perhaps we weren't telling the truth! Bad after bad. I had to hire someone else to help me rush through cleaning before first house showing.

I like knowing that with MerriMaids the job is going to be done well
