Overall we were happy with our initial cleaning.There were a few things overlooked:
the wood stove area wasn't vacuumed
the master bedroom bed wasn't actually made, and there were dust balls all over it from the ceiling fan
kitchen table wasn't washed
the standup, walk-shower in the second bath wasn't cleaned - cobwebs still there, and soap scum all over the crystal block walls
Other than those small problem areas, we were pleased.
Merry Maids has done a great job cleaning my home and because I requested a particular person you were good enough to make sure she would be available to me, and I appreciate that.
The last woman who came did an Excellent job and she was all by herself
Your people do a very thorough job of cleaning. And in addition they are very pleasant people to interact with. Great Service!!

Take out all the trash and recycling. The guy who was here last Thursday did a great job. No complains for that visit. The ladies don't take out everything.
Very professional cleaning for a fair price
A good job was done. I wasn't overpowered by any smells which I liked. I asked for it to get done fast - and it was done in one day and within a day of my asking. Very nice!
I don't have to do the cleaning
I think there should be a bit more consistency in the work. Sometime, they forget the small think like the top of the refigerator.
inconsistent service - some weeks are good others not
Scheduling was a little challenging. Could not get in touch with the maid.....
it is clean
nothing, the service is ok, somtimes the bathrooms aren't the greatest but usually they are ok. kevin who came last week is very thorough and usually the cleaners do a good job. probably the most thorough of all is Nancy

I suggest a regular good cleaning of the kitchen and bathroom floors-- that does not seem to happen on a regular basis- also explaining to the customer what is the process for a particular focus -- ex- hard wood floors, lamps and lamp shades, baseboards, or a particular room ex family room, master bedroom, etc
There's always something undone -this week, the bathroom floor not mopped, almost all other weeks no cleaning under things - sofa, bed, etc.
I was so pleased when I walked into my clean apartment. My apartment looks great! I can't believe how clean my shower, microwave and ceiling fan could be.

Thorough & efficient!
The cleaners are very efficient and they are respectful of my home.
Left rooms uncleaned that were supposed to be included in the bi-weekly cleaning, broken knick-knack, scratched the cooktop during cleaning, wet-mopped the bamboo floors despite instructions not to do so previously, neglected to wipe off countertop on one visit. The inattention to detail was disappointing. There always seemed to be at least one problem following each visit and we got tired of complaining. The last visit this wee was the last straw when two rooms were left uncleaned... and no one even bothered to ask about doing them. Both husband and I were home and would have been happy to clarify if cleaners had any questions. It is very disappointing because we feel as if we were taken advantage of and did not receive a good value for our money.
