What do you like about our services and the products used in your home?

I have been VERY pleased with the cleaning service, and the products you use do a really good job of cleaning. The person who cleaned last week (Brenda) did an especially good job.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The work done was not as promised I was told that they would do a deep clean but even the basic cleaning had not been done completely
There floor in a bedroom that was supposed to be cleaned was not vaccumed or mopped. I am not sure they vacuumed the sofas as promised. I would not call this a decent ordinary cleaning let alone a deep cleaning for which I was charged the full rate of $340.

I was told three maids would arrive at 3pm, There was a shortage of maids and one of them came at 3 pm another at 4.15 pm and another at 5 pm. The ones who were their spent a lot of time calling in to find out when the other maids were coming,

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

This was a post-construction cleaning, on my empty home following renovations - including newly refinished hardwood floors - so a lot of dust. Before the cleaning I specifically requested that the crew look for and remove glass under a cabinet and along the edges of a floor - it was not completely done so they had to redo that after I inspected the job. I had been told the interior cabinets had been cleaned - a number of shelves still had dust. The edges of the floor in the bathroom had dirt. Some of the baseboards were still visibly dusty. I chose NOT to have the crew do any additional cleaning. They were nice women, but I was not happy with the work and feel the quality was no where near the amount of money I paid for it.

What do you like about our services and the products used in your home?

The team was prompt and efficient. I was especially pleased that they were able to remove old, stubborn stains from a bathtub. I only had two hours of service time, and they communicated well to identify priority tasks and make sure those got done. Thanks!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I haven't had time to switch companies but the work isn't consistently high quality. For example, despite repeated phone calls to the office, there is still black mold in grout in the master bathroom shower. Also there are cobwebs between the bathtub and the wall and uncleaned dirt between the sink and the bathtub in the master bathroom. This past week's cleaning (8/31) was better than usual, but these problems remain. Thanks.

What could we do to improve?

Please keep the same people coming to the house. We like our regular crew. Substitutes have not done such a good job, missing areas and one actually broke a small glass figurine which had been given as a gift. Our regulars take better care of our home and do a great job.

Come too late in the day and rush to clean and often miss things such as mopping the upstairs bedroom or cleaning under the seat of the toilet.

Nancy and the other cleaner did a great job. We haven't seen Nancy for maybe 15 years and we always remembered how thorough she was.

The initial a deep clean that we paid extra for wasn't as thorough as we had hoped. There was still dirt on the cabinet fronts, shelving and on counters.

My house is large and much needed to be done. I was in general very happy except for my floors. I had to go over them with my steamer. I'm sure they damp mopped but needed to be cleaned.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The cleaning that I received was only ok. There were definitely spots missed and I was disappointed considering the cost of the cleaning. When I emailed to indicate my disappointment and to inquire as to how much I would be charged and if I could expect a receipt I received ZERO return contact - not an email or a call - NOTHING. I had to check my credit card bill to confirm the amount charged. I suppose you can claim a 100% satisfaction guarantee if you ignore responses of dissatisfaction, but it's not exactly the right way to go about it.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The overall cleaning has been disappointing. My toilet bowls were not cleaned on the most recent cleaning. The area underneath the couch cushions is almost never vacuumed. Sometimes the rugs aren't vacuumed or the granite in the desk area is not cleaned. It seems like I get a different cleaning lady almost every time. The ladies are polite but not friendly; they never strike up a conversation. I really try to make an effort to pick up the house for the cleaning, but the ladies don't seem very happy in my house.

What do you like about our services and the products used in your home?

Well, I like having the same people/person every visit, however that has not been happening. I will say that I was very impressed with the two new girls that were sent this cleaning...Emily and Phillipa. The were polite, responsive and very good cleaners. I did call the office and pass that info along.

maid should leave notes if there is an issue - one time broke shower curtain rod, another chip in the wood bedframe - last time here turned off switch to furnace (thought AC wasn't working and had to call a repairman - turned out to be switch)

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We felt that they did not do a thorough job. The bathrooms (3) all, had hair, dirt around the toilet bowls, and the hinges on the toilet seat were not cleaned at all. The heat grates were not vacuumed and were thick with dust. You did do things right, by coming back and re-cleaning everything!

There was a lot left undone some thing were dusted some things not touched. I'm wondering if I misunderstood what the service usually provides.
The kitchen and bathrooms where ok but once again not much done in the way of dusting.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I find the cleanings to be just OK. Lots of items are not dusted.
Also, soap scum has been left in the shower.
Several times I have either sent messages or left voicemails that have gone un-responded to.
I still have not been compensated for an item that was broken a long time ago.
When I have had someone do a very good job, I have left a message about how impression I was with a particular cleaner, and requested that individual again. Those requests seems to be ignored - I receive no follow up communication on them.
