I know my blinds were filthy and they did a very good job, but I would like for them to have done all of the blinds, not just 1/2 or 3/4.

Reliable, flexible and friendly - both office workers over the phone and the Merry Maids at my house.

I checked out my apartment after job was done and I saw places that were missed. Overall the job was unacceptable then to tell me apartment was very dirty.

Great job cleaning my house.

The maids were great very professional. They did a great job on the 2nd floor. But the 1st floor kitchen and floors no so good we felt that they spent alot of time upstairs because how bad it was they rush the first floor.

The effort put towards their cleaning is bare minimum. They are too concerned with everything that they do not clean rather then getting the job done effectively and they charge WAY TOO MUCH MONEY!

I like the particular house cleaner, Teresa.

While the cleaning is very good overall, I think there could be more attention to detail- corners, baseboards and the like.

Initial Cleaning:
On time & on schedule. Crew completed job regardless of time needed. Conscientious to details. Pleasant personalities

We've moved now so nothing to be done, but your employees insisted my son turn on the central air (it wasn't that hot) and then left all the windows upstairs so when I got home the house was frozen. Many other issues over the years, we won't be needing Merry Maids in our new home.

Alyssa and Tori were professionally dressed, representing Merry Maids, and they were very efficient in their work.

Very thorough, pleasant and conscientious. For the most part (9 out of 10 times), on time to meet my very demanding schedule. We only have a two hour window between guests leaving and new guests arriving. That's only two hours to do a 5-bedroom, 2 and a half bath, three-story home with living room, family room, kitchen, dinning area, glassed-in sun-room, and three glass-topped tables and four glass doors (three sliding). In my book, that's extraordinary! Thank you.

In the playroom they needed to sweep under the rug (I found a lot of dirt under that rug). They only washed the floor around the rug. There were also some spots on the floor that needed extra attention. When the maids left I got fatten on my hands and knees and scrubbed the spots out.

Nothing - it was an empty house. Girls were very nice.

The cleaning job was very thorough, especially in the bathrooms and kitchen.
