Done quickly and effectively.
Had service at my home several times. Each time the vacuum cleaner was not working properly and the staff had asked me if they could use my home vacuum cleaner.
This was usually requested at the end of the cleaning- after the Merry Maid vacuum had not cleaned properly.
There was dust and dog hair that was not picked up.
When I informed the office that they should send proper vacuums, I was treated very rudely.

I feel they don't really get in the corners of things. They do a quick job. I was told you would do a deep cleaning of one room per visit. I have not noticed them doing that. I finally had to leave them a note last week to dust the night tables in the master bedroom. I usually do it after they leave. It was done but I had to make point of telling them. They have never moved the garbage can in the kitchen and cleaned around it.
Overall I was pleased with the service and was very happy to have a clean home when the team left. Everyone was very professional. I did have to request that certain things be cleaned which had been outlined in the email I received before the first cleaning ( I.e. Kitchen Table and chairs were not cleaned and upstairs master bedroom was not vacuumed until I requested it be done). The email also states that picture frames would be dusted but they were not. When I asked the team to compete tasks that hadn't been done, they were very responsive and cleaned these areas thoroughly.
Mop in bathroom smelled of mildew. I had to clean after.
My house was very clean when I came home and everyone was very professional
You people already called me and I told you they had to be told on certain thing That need to be cleaned...example..they cleaned the lamp shade but not the lamp itself

As I've noted before, there is a great deal of respect that this is not just a "house" but it is our home. Little things make a huge difference when I come home after a cleaning: seeing my son's books neatly stacked on a table, a note from the ladies who've cleaned, or simply just feeling like everything is in its place - - it means so much.
Better customer service
The maids do not always replace the smaller wastbasket's plastic liners. Last time they used my own (kitchen) trash bags. I'd prefer they'd use the light, transparent bags as they have before. The kitchen bags are too big.
More attention to detail.

after a less than acceptable deep clean, MM sent 2 different cleaners and they did a fabulous job. MM was on top of everything. Thank you would recommend.
Love Michelle + Merry Maids! You guys have been great to work with over the past several years. Especially now that I have Michelle regularly - I know my house is in the BEST hands.
Your crews do a very thorough job.
They only spent and hour and forty minutes, didn't do all that was scheduled to be done and charged me $260.00 They are coming back next week to finish it and hopefully they will do a better job.
The 2 year contract is a bit much.
Your workers are polite and ask our input. Your products are excellent.
I was very happy that you could send people out after a last minute cancellation, but it was expensive, and they didn't do a great job. The kitchen floor was all smeary with residue, and they missed cleaning lots of obvious places. I didn't even have time to call and complain because I had guests arriving. I've used Merry Maids once before and they did a fantastic job at that time. So, a 5 out of 10.
WONDERFUL
Areas that were missed in the initial clean up - top of stove still greasy, one tub not cleaned fully but overall they did a great job on the dusting, bathrooms, vacuuming, etc. Just a few details that were missed. They worked hard, you can tell.
The products used are great and my house always smells good when I come home. I am so happy with the services you do for me
Just about everything - from bringing everything you need to be punctual when arriving. We've used Merry Maids in the past and you excel at doing great work.

I did not have the opportunity to see the unit after the cleaning, but I was told by the tenants that the floors and bathroom were still dirty and they had to reclean it. For the amount of money I spent I would have expected more
I like knowing on the days you folks are here I will becoming home to a clean house
Nancy is very good and all the women we've had do a decent job esp with the clutter and the fact that we are moving so we have a lot of upheaval right now. This week a painter is coming in and next week we are getting a new boiler in the basement.
Sometimes the dusting on the baseboards is not done. I also would like to make sure they use Oil of Murphy soap when they mop the floors.
