Thorough cleanings
Take ALL the trash out. Use your clear bags and not my tall kitchen bags for the small trash bins.
First cleanings were good. The one yesterday 3/31/16 was not so good. Kitchen floor still dirty,
Bathroom floor still had hair and counter top still had soap scum, etc. House did not even smell clean.
The service is very professional, they are always on time and they call a day ahead to remind you of the service date/time. I also feel that the cleaners are very respectful of my home and my belongings.

The consistency of the service
I love coming home the day Merry Maids is there and everything looks so clean
It was easy to set up and Merry Maids was quick to accommodate changes or additions to services requested.
The maids didn't do one of the areas on the checklist during the recent cleaning - the stairs to the basement. This has happened before. I think whoever is coming to clean that day should review the checklist since it's not always the same crew.

My Merry maid is Theresa. My home is is amazing when I walk in. Theresa is quite simply, the best! Need I say more?
inconsistent - seems to depend on who comes that week - more times than not find they just do the bare minimum (I will find the living room floor cleaned but they didn't sweep under the couch where there are tumbleweeds of dog hair - or the kitchen countertops are wiped but there is stuff stuck to the cabinets or splashguards)
I don't know! this is the first time I have hired Merry Maids. I don't usually have a cleaning service, Maybe once a year. this time I had the floors vaced and washed in 4 rooms 2 beds made
and the counter and bath I don't know what was done maybe they washed but they looked the same to me.
I would like to have another cleaning in a couple of weeks and every third week if possible.

This last week was terrible!
- corners of floors visibly dirty in multiple rooms
- syrup dots on counters
- cup rings on armoire and ledge in hallway still visible
- Hallway floor looked terrible around entry
- bathroom - dustbunnies under toilet paper holder - I know you don't move furniture, but it's a free standing toilet paper holder! they just mopped around it
- grout in shower is all soap scum
- visible crumbs and dust under couches and chairs in living room - again, i know you don't move furniture, they didn't even sweep out from under the front of these
- kitchen table not clean
- kitchen floor had visible stains that we easily wiped off, so I'm not sure it was done either
Frustrating, shoddy job this week
It seems that each time you come there are different cleaners. Consistency in the people who come would make it easier for my elderly parent. It would also ensure a better cleaning as they would be familiar with the space.

I think response to specific customer needs would improve the service. For example we had asked one of the weeks that the team focus mostly on the first floor in the kitchen to do more deep cleaning specifically on the floors and not to worry about the upstairs. When we got home the kitchen wasn't really all that clean. The counters were ok, but the floors weren't done any better than previous weeks. Maybe the team didn't get the message. On that note then that would be the fault of the communicators. Other than that the service is pretty good.
The cleaning is excellent and your staff so nice.
