The cleaning was suboptimal. I spent $260 for two hours of cleaning. To make up for the bad cleaning job I was offered a $50 credit towards my next cleaning which definitely will not happen. Very disappointed
Some weeks they do a great job, other weeks a poor job - very inconsistent
Get better directions for location and make sure cleaners have their phones on and check with you when they arrive. Staff at the home were very nice and thorough.

I am confident that all your people are well-screened and trustworthy. For that reason, I do not feel that it is ñecessary to be at home when they are cleaning.

Theresa does a great job! Some of other maids you send do not live up to her work quality. Your screening process for hiring new staff, may need some tweaking in terms of potential new hires attentiveness to detail.....
I like the products as they are not harmful to the fake wood on my kitchen cabinetry, but it effectively cleans the grease off.

Prompt service, worry-free visits, and the feeling of coming home to a house as clean (or cleaner) as it is when I do it myself!
Lately, I have been somewhat disappointed with the quality of my cleanings. I have had some items broken, and can tell that there is a lack of care when putting things back where they belong. I've been a longtime customer and am usually quite happy with my service. I hope to see an improvement at my next cleaning.

I did not get a Spring cleaning with washed woodwork, closets, high shelves as discussed in quotation process.
No small furniture was moved, there were still cobwebs around radiators, etc.
All work was done in a timely and very professional manner. I firmly believe that the Deep clean will definitely help add to the value of the home.

The entire operation was excellent! I made a call, and everything was on-time as promised and as delivered. perfect. 2& 1/2 hours. And on a Sunday too. Extra points there. Professional, thorough, no harsh chemicals...no one could ask for better performance of service than this.
It didn't seem like a great deal of care was put into the cleaning. It looked as if I would have cleaned it.the was dirt left in easily accessible places.

I feel that have the same team each time would improve both the cleaning and the time it takes to clean. My home is large and if a new team is coming it is helpful if I am present to explain what will and will not be cleaned. Although there is a work order for the team, the feedback that I have gotten when a new team arrives is that my explaining the work is helpful to the team. I am not always available to be present which is why I am asking to have consistency with the team that comes to my home.I have asked to be told which team is going to come to my home when the phone call is made to remind me of the cleaning appointment, but each time I have to make a call back to ask who is coming to my home. I would appreciated not having to call back to ask which team is coming.
