I have told you that I never received my initial deep cleaning.
1. Myself and another hired person has cleaning all the baseboards on the floor wall. 2. We have cleaned the furniture getting all sticky stuff off. 3. Kitchen floor still had stuff on it after being pointed out 4. stove, counter tops never scrubbed clean. Stains still all over cabinets.
Don't tell me I will get a deep cleaning when I don't; I heard all the things you wouldn't do. I have tried to give your company another chance..even with my father out of the house (because that was the excuse why they couldn't clean certain things). My father would not have told them to get of the floor and stop cleaning it and the baseboards like I had to do. I have pictures to show. So, I am sorry to say I have tried to give them chance after chance.
Maybe good superficial cleaners...friendly but the contract is broken-they never upheld their side of the contract. Signed First name removed A Last name removed

after first cleaning - hair on counters in rooms, baseboards left dusty, dirt & spill left uncleaned infront of fridge, trash left on floor behind chair in doctor`s office, dust not wiped off her desk, mug marks on desk, trash not taken out. after coming back 2 more times things have improved but still desk not wiped, spill from very first cleaning is still left unwiped in front of fridge, back splash behind sink not wiped, trash not taken out and dust not vacuumed in some areas.
It seems to have a very fresh odor after they have finished, and seems that they are well organized as they complete the house cleaning.
I had the same person coming every two weeks for months. Then without explanation somebody new came each time. After almost three years as a customer I would like to pick the day and time of my cleaning. Small areas,like behind the toilet or under the dinning room sideboard don't get cleaned. I guess the mop or vac does not fit easily. Thank You, First name removed
I am totally satisfied with their work.
It seems lately that the team has been a bit less diligent in cleaning. There are often areas of dust or dirt in obvious places and not a lot of effort made to do more than a very surface level cleaning.

Depending upon the person who does my cleaning I come home to a really sparkling place and other times I see that shortcuts are taken. The person that I had last week (whose name I forget but she left me a nice note)was really thorough. I was unhappy two weeks earlier when my scheduled cleaner had to cancel and I understand that that can happen from time to time. But the next available cleaning day was 8 days later so I had to clean my own home.
Cleaners have a Great attitude if I ask something to be done they do it and all in a timely manner NO complaints what so ever
I think there should be improvements made to do a more thorough job in bathrooms and kitchens. Scrubbing the walls and literally where you see dirt. Get in corners, there is no reason that they can't move/adjust a piece of furniture to get behind it. Also don't forget the TOPS of ANYTHING! DUST
The floors were not cleaned to my expectations. Pills, nap inks, etc. were left behind. I sent pictures to my contact person and she has tried to rectify the problem but it keeps happening.
The cleaners (1st time) did a great job of cleaning.
The cleaner my home is when the maids arrive, it seems the less they do. Having a clean home should make it easier to do a great a job, not an excuse to do average work,

Some time things are not moved to clean underneath just wiped around. Under the couch is never done
They are courteous and treat my home like their own -- taking care to put things back where they found them and especially taking care to keep an eye on my cat! I love coming home to my clean house every two weeks -- and love their notes, too!
The house smells clean without smelling "chemically"
I sent this in an email on Tuesday, but have not received a response:
As you may know, I closed my account on Monday afternoon, due to financial constraints. When i got home Monday evening, I found a few things that didn’t meet expectation, specifically the carelessly made bed (I left sheets to be put on) and the unwired coffee counter. I let it go, because I had closed the account, and these felt like smallish things. When i woke up this morning and could see my home in daylight, I found that the kitchen and living room floors were untouched- not even a thorough sweeping. Surfaces in both rooms were un touched as well.
A gentleman called, Mark I believe, to get my credit card number since I neglected to leave a check. I told him of my concerns, and he offered a re-do. I refused it, because I feel disrespected that I have never had consistent service since I started. I have let things go, as I have been grateful for even the smallest help. However, the lack of care this last cleaning has me just plain angry. I’m looking around my home now, and I see enough cleaning for me not to have had service at all. I am getting angrier by the minute— which is exacerbated by the fact that my money was taken anyway.
I am literally in tears right now. I have no idea what I did to deserve poor service. Furthermore, since I canceled my account because I am struggling financially, it is really unfair and unacceptable that I still had to pay for a bad job. I don’t want people back in my home who think so little of it and me as to give their least amount of care. It makes me uncomfortable. On the other hand, the thought of cleaning up after people I paid well to help me is making me nauseous.
That said, I am changing my mind about the re-do, since that seems to be the only solution. Please let me know what day I can expect a DIFFERENT team to come and do what my team did not. I am expecting a full deep cleaning, with special attention to the kitchen, and with all floors and surfaces dusted/swept thoroughly. At the end of the cleaning, I expect my keys to be dropped back into the building through the mail slot.
I am sorry that I’m having to be unpleasant about this. Again, please let me know when I can expect a resolution. I have pictures if you need documentation.

You could dust more thoroughly
So far the service has not been reliable in terms of scheduling and when the cleaners show up. Also, when we signed up for the 1-year service, I was under the impression that we would be given a set timeslot. I found out yesterday that we would receive a call every other Sunday to find out when the cleaners would come. If it is routine, I would think we could schedule a set time each week so we can plan around it and not have to discuss every week.
Cleaning throughout my contract period up to this point has been inconsistent - but with the new changes in management I am hopeful that this will improve. My last two cleanings have met expectations and am very pleased - hope it keeps up.
