If I point out something missed or request any change it is done without question.
My only suggestion is to call if they are delayed beyond the assigned time. This has only happened once.
I do appreciate a call on the morning of cleaning after they know their schedule.
Your products seem fine. I have corian counter tops which could use a polish from time to time if one is available.
Sam had been coming to our Norwell Office to do our bi-weekly cleanings. We were very pleased with her work. She does a great job and is very professional. We have patients in our office during the time that she cleans and she always is respectful of them. We would like to request that she be the one to always come to do our cleanings. We would highly recommend her to a friend or another office. At our last cleaning we had 2 girls come that did an ok job. We are scheduled for 8:30-9:30am and they came at 9:30 and stated how you don't open until 9 and they couldn't get here unitl 9:30. We were unable to let them vacuum as we had too many patients in the clinic at the time. I do feel as though they did not do a very thorough job and this is why i scored this at a 5.

Very expensive and cleaning was average
I was originally very satisfied with the cleanings. The quality has dropped off the last few times. The floors don't look much cleaner than before and they don't even go around the edge of the room with the mop or broom to clean. I will likely only give this one or two more cleans before I decide to move on.

Attention to detail
It is just simple things like small trash on the floor but floor has been washed. The bed was made with the spread on the bottom and the blanket on the top. I have one recliner that does not get moved not swept under or washed under. The room is not that big. The bathroom usually looks good. Most times the dust in the doors edges get wiped away but only sometimes. It just does not seem like it is done the same each time. There are very good things but just not always Thank you

We already submitted feedback to our main contact, but we were disappointed in the deep cleaning. Some things were a bonus (like the blinds), but then basic things weren't done. Going through the list of things that are cleaned, they missed several items.
-They mopped the kitchen and bathroom, but not the rest of the house.
-They did not clean around the toilet.
-They didn't dust all lamps and pictures.
-They didn't clean the kitchen garbage can.
-They did not clean on top of the dining room table.
We talked to our representative and they were on top of it and will be sending us new cleaners the next visit. We will report back how that goes.
Teresa and Nang (I hope I spelled their names correctly) are doing an excellent job cleaning my apartment. They are very courteous, thorough and conscientious.

Merry Maids have done excellent work. They are fast but thorough. I will recommend them in the future if anyone asks!
I think it would be good if the folks went a little beyond. For example, I can see dust in places (those boards that go from floor up the wall a bit--can't think of the name at the moment). Would be great if the cleaners noticed and cleaned. Stuff like that. The details.
When I first called I reviewed the house and the rooms and was told that it would be $126.00 per clean and that If I had more than 10 cleans that they would waive the initial deep clean fee of $355. I discussed whether the cleans could be spread out over time and I was advised that it could. I was advised that the deep clean usually entails two people and top to bottom. I called back to book the cleans and booked 14 cleans and then was advised that the deep clean fee would not be waived. I was advised that they only waive the fee with weekly clean. Despite the fact that the first 6 cleans are weekly, then they move to bi-monthly then monthly over the winter when the house is empty. I was also then advised that the weekly cleans were $129+/- $10 and the bi-monthly would be $142, and the monthly would be $218. which is not what was represented at all. There is no one in the house once the monthly starts so all they are doing is keeping the cobwebs down. I felt like it was a bait and switch and it was too late for me to make any change because I had tenant's coming in. The first clean that they charged me $355 only one person was there for three and 1/2 hours and I was there for the first hour and all that got accomplished was the beds made. The cleaner was great not her fault, but I was told the deep clean fee would be waived, then told not when I was ready to book, then told two people for about 4 hours and then got 1 person for 3.5 hours. Essentially paying $120 per hour to have the house cleaned.

Surfaces are rarely cleaned. i.e. desks or dresser tops. Beds are made very lazily and messy. Floors are never cleaned with murphys oil only water? I've asked several times to use murphys oil.
