They were great, and even trapped with no power they did what they could. Stephanie cleaned the bathroom in the dark and entertained my 3yo while I called national grid, the electrician, schools and fire dept. They also used magic eraser on some of the kitchen floor. They seem to pay more attention to detail and a better fit for us. Definitely an A for effort! The most important things to me are good thoughro cleanings of the bathroom (toilets x 5 boys) as well as all of the floors. Attention to detail such as wiping the doors/walls etc or anything they notice would be greatly appreciated.

1) The teams that come to my place always do a good job, and (usually) use nice citrus-y smelling cleaning fluids.

2) When I have a problem, or a special request, they will respond positively.

Cobwebs not cleaned in basement, specially under the stairs. Floor not well cleaned in basement. The floor on the sides of washer and dryer not cleaned. The moldings in the basement were not dusted off. Overall basement was not cleaned.
My daughter’s bedroom closet floor was not at all cleaned as specified in contract.

The cleaners are thorough and considerate and if something is missed one time, they make sure to get it the next time. The true value-add for me is the office support. Having someone call me before a cleaning to see if anything needs special attention and getting a call after a cleaning to ensure I'm satisfied. That's the big difference with a service like Merry Maids, otherwise i could work with a non-agency cleaner (like i have done in the past).

Please keep this level of attention and continual customer outreach a priority!

I had repeat issues with regards to the floors and it was super frustrating. The customer service to resolve the issue was very good though and I would definitely tell others about that. The floors have been good recently.

I’ve had Mary maids cleaning my house through the winter. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to get there much. However, nobody’s been in the house. So really the job is to keep cobwebs and dustfeom accumulating. When I left the house at the beginning of the winter, it was spotless. I just went to the house to spend a long weekend. Despite the fact literally one week before it was cleaned, there was dust and dirt in the corners,!on the mantle, the dinning room rug was not vacuumed. in fact it appears as though they have been surface cleaning this winter despite paying a premium. At the once a month premium price, it should be as though the house was cleaned for the first time. Not acceptable.

I need more consistency in who will be coming to my house.

There also appears to be a difference in what different cleaners do - for instance, one told me the notes said that the bedroom shouldn't be touched. That isn't true. Vacuuming and dusting in the bedroom only.

Have cleaners move objects instead of just cleaning up to it.

There are particular tasks, such as washing inside and out trash cans, and coffee poets in seminar room, which may or may not be done weekly, though they are required, as I have made clear to company. There are places where cleaning, say floor and rug where boots of guests are left and then removed, which are not cleaned well weekly. Since there are other persons woking sometimes with Danita, whom I love, she is not always able to do each job since she is supervising others. I wish the apt, not very big one at that, would feel crisply cleaned each time, and nothing left to surprise me undone.
