The job was done well but there was a glass from the fridge that was broken. The cleaner said that it shattered but the fact is that it got broken.

Everything is clean and fresh smelling after each cleaning.

you have wonderful people working for you! I was gone for several months and found my home a real hoarder disaster zone. The maids made an embarrassing situation disappear. So glad called them. The only thing I can complain about is the pine smell product used ,as it makes me wheeze.
The Home Office is understaffed and the staff that they have are not good listeners, they lack experience and knowledge.
The work from our cleaning crew has been consistently getting the job done. We are very happy with the effort and pride they put forth in their work.

Cleanings are not consistent from one cleaning to the next.
I don’t have the physical capacity to do my own cleaning any more. Merry Maids provides a vital service.

My service is wonderful. Liza is great! However, the contract needs to be looked at and revised. A year is a big commitment, but if you don't have the contract you are charged double. The service that is offered by Merry Maids (corporate ) is not worth anymore than the 115 I pay under contract. The money is going to the company and not the hardworking employees. Consider 6 months.
I only gave a 7 because I’ve only had my house cleaned once so far so I wouldn’t recommend or not recommend Merry Maids, yet. So far so good though.
Very pleased with the quality of services and products had nice fresh not cloying odors. I am pleased that it was what I wanted and expected. Please keep up the good work.

I haven't received any complaints about the job Merry Maids does so I can't make any suggestions about how you could improve.
Great job on general cleaning. I'd like there to be an option for a deep cleaning for floors and cabinets.
The service is great however the products last used did not smell as fresh as the previous cleans.

Very good job deep cleaming
I expected a good job but the two young ladies that cleaned my place were fantastic. They worked so hard and did not miss anything. They were prepared to work when they arrived and never stopped until they walked out the door. Also, the representative that the I originally met to discuss my needs took time to understand everything that I wanted and also mentioned extra items to be reviewed/cleaned.
Please extend my appreciation to all of them.
Our regular person is wonderful. Very hard working and well organized and efficient. We appreciate that, and her cheery friendliness.
Fresh smell
You come equipped with all of the cleaning materials and tools.
For starters, when I had the initial cleaning, I was charged an extra $50 even though I found the cleaning unsatisfactory. Clearly there was a miscommunication as they sent somebody else to my house to redo the bathroom. The people on the phone are polite and have a tendency of glossing over the actual issues. Whenever I receive the voicemail letting me know that someone is coming to clean the home, they never told me the time. I always had to make a second call back to get the correct information. I don't feel that my house is ever been truly clean. My last cleaning in the bathroom once again had stains on the tile. Being that that was my last cleaning, I let it go. Going forward I know better and we'll go with somebody who's recommended to me. Years ago with Merry Maids, I had an issue with a manager and eventually called corporate for it. I gave merrymaids another chance and totally regret it. If you want to make this right, I suggest you give me a partial refund for my last cleaning. I went ahead and hired another cleaning service to come which is going to cost me another $125 to complete the cleaning that should have been initially done. I don't blame it on the people cleaning the home, I blame Merry Maids ridiculous policy to rush the cleaners and give them a limited amount of time to get everything done.
