Two weeks ago on Thursday was my cleaning. I left the house very early in the morning. Had a difficult day at work and arrived home after 9 pm. I opened the door and saw the clean house but more importantly was the smell of a clean house. It put a smile on my face. Nancy who regularly comes to my house is awesome. My troubles are less when I come home to a clean house. She is always doing extras for me.

Nicole (in the office) was great to work with on coordinating and the two ladies that came to do the work were fantastic. They work straight through, were very pleasant and were very thorough in their efforts.

The workers are always cheerful and willing to clean to their best ability. They do a good job, arrive on time, and listen to our requirements. We have especially liked Kevin's work. He is cheerful and works hard.

I do not believe I should have been charged an extra $50 for cleaning an empty house. When you gave me an estimate you figured the house was approximately 1450 square feet. if the cleaners and I am not sure how many there were could not clean an empty house that size for the price I was given then you need better cleaners or more cleaners, just because it took them longer than usual that is not my fault. if the cleaners worked faster than they would have finished sooner. I feel that you tell all clients that there could be an up charge of up to $50 then you charge them the $50 when it is done for whatever reason. I would not recommend you and I would always tell the homeowner to make sure they are there so they can supervise.

Response time was quick, and the attention to detail was very good.

The consistencie of the day and time of arrival. The products used do not cause coughing or choking and leaves the bathrooms with a lite clean scent.

Sometimes the people who substitute are not as thorough as Brenda who is the person who typically cleans my house. the person who cleaned today 8.3.18 was not as thorough.

Also, would love to have an option of a 'deep cleaning' where you wipe the walls, do a more detailed clean on things like baseboards and floors.

The home that you cleaned was being sold and papers being passed 5 days after cleaning was done-you were able to fit us in at very short notice and all was done perfectly. Thank you so much for your quick response!

Today Kevin did some extra work, he cleaned a refrigerator upstairs.

I paid $360 (plus tip) for a “deep clean”. For this price, I expected everything to be cleaned, not just redoing everything I had already done. There was still dust on the bed frame, food stains on the kitchen walls, and very obvious fingerprints on the windows (which so had specifically requested be cleaned). While I am appreciative of what was done, it was certainly not worth the price I paid.

The team that cleaned my home were thorough and effective. Care was paid to making sure everything was done. After the house looked and smelled clean!

Both Dana and Latica did an outstanding job. They were friendly, courteous and very hard workers! I never saw my mom's refrigerator and living room floor sparkle so much they were that clean. First cleaning didn’t go so well (deep clean) a lot of areas were missed. I called and the office, staff were great. We set up a follow up cleaning.
The follow up cleaning went very well cleaning all the area that were miss plus I was able to request the crew that did the follow up cleaning.
