They didn’t do a golf d job cleaning the place. A lot of stuff was missed

I love the way customers are treated by staff at all times. The Merry Maid staff members present themselves in a friendly professional manner. I am comfortable with the staff member who cleans my house; it is a pleasant experience when she visits my home.

Staff always does a good job and is friendly and efficient.

She did a good job. However, I could have done what she did. I really needed to have the floor cleaned with "hands and knees" brush scrubbing. Her second mopping still left dirty water and the floor was still dirty.

The Merry Maids who come to my home are thorough and caring.
They are open to suggestions.

Overall I’ve been pleased but my last service was very disappointing. In my kitchen and bathroom, there were black smudges all over the tile that I later had to reclean to scrub off. It looked like someone wiped a dirty cloth everywhere. The cleaners were very nice but the end product was not good. All of my other cleanings have been great though.

I don’t not know how the teams separate the workload in each house. Results are inconsistent from cleaning to cleaning.

We use Merry Maids to clean our office. The staff is efficient and professional. The cleaning products they use smell clean and fresh not harsh. I would recommend Merry maids to my friends.

We are always happy to see Kevin at our home. He takes his job seriously but is always upbeat and cheerful! It is so nice to have someone in your home who makes you feel comfortable and is efficient and caring in his attention not only to his work but also towards his customers.

kC and her co worker did excellent work for the many hours spent on our home for the deep cleaning we needed for sale of our home.

Generally, the cleaning is great. It does not always seem perfect though, for example, a soap dish that wasn’t cleaned in the bathroom or the spot behind the bathroom faucet still dirty.

The cleaning is always done very well and the house smells good from the products that are being used.
