Love the restaurant but Shorter wait time for service/drink refills while dining in, and to please provide Military discount on the entire check like other restaurants do and not just off one item.
How about a senior discount of maybe 10 % or more. Just a suggestion. As a senior myself it would make you guys more affordable. :)
Train your new wait staff what their job is.
The food was nasty chicken wings lacked flavor was not cooked the way I asked and they forgot my ranch that I paid extra for!
Food was great. Employees were very helpful and kind. We purchased the 25 wing and chips special. I was a little disappointed that our chips were very few. Not a full order like we used to get.

The wings were hard and cold, and so were the fries, even though I picked up the food right when it was at the Pickup counter.
Customer service was great.
The chicken wings were cooked perfectly and it tasted like you made your own wing sauce. These are the best wings I have had outside of New York. They were crispy and tasty. The blue cheese was excellent as well.

I have placed an order twice now, and each time when it comes to picking up, there is rudeness. My fries are never over eight fries. That may be how you guys get sweet potato fries however, the other East Coast swings in the city at least gives me a handful. I got pushed back because I asked for a receipt. I just fill that the customer service at this location could have been better.
Nobody’s perfect is all, all businesses can strive to be better.

Normally we have had a good experience here but on this night we did not! Our waitress was not attentive and not sure if she forgot to put in our food order but we waited on our food for 45 minutes. Another couple that sat down after we did was done eating before we ever got our food. We made the waitress aware of it and nothing was offered to make this right, and this meal cost over 40 dollars and time we will never get back. We were at the point we were going to leave without eating finally the food came.

Great staff and food
We ordered food for our business at 10:00 with it scheduled for pickup at 11:30. We arrived at 11:30 and the staff acted as if they didn’t know they had an order. We waited 30 mins for our food. Pretty sure they didn’t make it until we arrived unfortunately.
