Improve accuracy of orders
Whether it be over the phone or in person...Every single person that I have dealt within this facility has been very friendly, very polite and we are extremely happy to use them at least once a week.. We continuously make huge orders and very good careless. Thank you very much.
We ordered our wings "saucy" and there wasn't any sauce in the to go order basket. The 25 wings (15 medium/10 mild) were basically dry. They forgot the celery and my husband's drink. (Unfortunately, my husband didn't know what I ordered when I sent him to pick it up. He assumed the order was correct.) I would have called and complained that night, but it was already almost 9pm and I was working on my final paper for Forsyth Tech and other homework and didn't have time to mess with it. I was very upset about it. I usually eat with my daughter at the East Coast Wings off of 150 near her house and the food is amazing. I was very disappointed in the food we had this time at the King location.

Will still be there weekly - enjoy the opening day free weekly wings - and have also bought some items now on our visits - but just was hoping maybe more folks - action etc.

My bourbon wings did not taste as usual. The sauce was off
I asked to have my wings cooked light because I have braces now. It was listed on the receipt too. When my husband picked up the order my wings were hard. I contacted the manager and she offered to redo the order. I accept the offer and my husband picked of the new wings. The wings had been previously cooked too, I just gave up. I won’t be going back for a while. I was disappointed.

The food is good but they mess up my togo orders sometimes. Ordered cheese and bacon fries and then gave me regular fries. I order the quesadillas a lot and they don’t add the sour cream and salsa almost half the time.
We couldn't get the $10 coupon for April to work on the website, The celery and carrots were left out of our order and we did not realize it until we got home and the Caribbean dry rub wings just had the spice sprinkled on them so most if not all of it fell off the wings when you picked it up to eat it.
Brandi is the greatest server and bartender. She was amazing and very attentive.
I always enjoy the variety of food options from East Coast Wings, and the wings are a favorite.
