What could we do to improve?

Every time I order on the app to pick up something is always missing. Also when I come in to pickup the order there is no one there at the reception desk and have had to wait upwards of 5 minutes.

We eat there fairly regularly, and most of the servers anticipate what we want to drink. If something is it as we ordered it, they are always happy to make it better. I feel like we get a good value for the money.
