Stephanie handled the crowd well..it was our 1st time back since Tabby left...east coast needs her.
The prices keep going up and I am continually having trouble with the rewards program.

Put the correct number of dipping sauces for the order in the To go order. This is at least the second consecutive time we’ve gotten to go and only 1 ranch was provided in a 25 wing and chip order. We caught it this time and the hostess tried to tell me we only get one and the bartender told her otherwise that we should have 3, she came back with one which was sufficient.
Very rarely are orders incorrect. All wings are measured by East Coast Wings, the gold standard!
The service, food and drinks are always great!

The service was extremely slow and it wasn't even busy. The waitress said she added my points, but she didn't!!!! The sodas are always flat!

We always enjoy the food there. It comes out in a timely manner, and is nice and hot. We have always had a very good experience at both locations that we go to: Hickory is our favorite location but we also like the Denver location.
