Great fast service and food!
Please have someone consolidate my accounts under the number Phone number removed. I've attempted to get the accounts consolidated by calling, going in person, sending and email, etc but have been unsuccessful.
Currently it shows 3 separate accounts for the same cell number.
The food was great and her server took care of our group of 12 very professionally.
Friendly waitress.
The service is so kind but incredibly slow. Whenever we go, we need to plan to be there for 2 hours which is a bit long with kids or even just myself. I love the food but the service is so slow.
I enjoyed the service, atmosphere, and the food. The cheeseburger was actually really good. Our server, Bri, was very attentive and knew what she was doing.
I love the customer service and versatility available on the menu!
I usually get the dry rub cajun garlic; this time they were very very dry and tasteless, could not taste the flavor I am used to getting.

The food was fresh and delicious. The service was fast and efficient.
Problems all around. Was not busy took awhile to take drink order. Appetizer arrived before drinks did. Dipping sauces missing, appetizer was almost eaten before drinks arrived (tea and Pepsi) constantly asking for drink refills. Wife’s sandwich was overcooked and tough to chew. Placed to go order after telling waitress twice we wished to do so. Waitress seemed distracted overly chatty. Hostess had to get to go drinks and food runner got to go boxes. Just a poor experience from the moment we stepped in til the moment we left.

Food was great. Service was bad. We had to wait a really long time for our drinks. Then the waiter brought my wings )and they were supposed to be all drums but weren't) (I think he put it in wrong).

As always the staff is on point!!!! Waitress Bree and Manager Raven, hope I hope it spelled right. Friendly place and the atmosphere with the easy music while you are dining are the best, love it. I will always visit East Coast Grill Charlottle when I am in town!!! Keep up the good work. Customer satisfaction comes first at this restaurant! Nobody in Columbia, SC can make the chicken Quesadilla like East Coast, Fashion Way Drive!!!!
Good food great service
Our server was very attentive and very friendly. This was our furst visit to your restaurant. She answered all our questions easily. I had shrimp tacos and son and husband had winds of both varieties. The food was great.
My wings were.nice and crispy.. The sauce was delicious and everything was still warm. I love my East Coast Wings.
