Just a little slow
The food was great. My order was ready when I arrived. Everything was packaged so it stayed fresh and did not waste. Love the rewards program.
Although the front desk staff was not as polite and friendly, still was a great experience.
The food wasn’t up to standard, it is usually great but this time it just wasn’t good at all, the chicken was super dry and thin, the breading for the sandwich was super crispy but not the good kind, it was the kind that seemed double fried after it had sat out for a while. The buns were falling apart and dry, the lettuce was browning and wet, just wasn’t a good experience this time.
Th food was good. Service was great with DoorDash.
Front desk service member and staff were very pleasant and welcoming and had my order ready. Food was cooked correctly and tasted great.

Increase selections on menu
I was trying to order online, and was not successful. I went to ask for assistance and the young lady did not have any issues assisting me, matter of fact she advised me to stop doing my online order and she will take my order.
When we walked in almost all the tables that weren't occupied were dirty. One waitress was running around (trying) to take care of all the tables as it continued to fill up. I never got a refill on my water. The floor in the dining room was filthy. A plus note is, the food was delicious! It was really like having no service. It wasn't the waitresses fault she was trying her best.

You got my order wrong. Instead of just giving me the food because there’s no way to reuse it. It will just be thrown away. I had to give back 10 of my wings. They had to re-order the right wings. It was absolutely ridiculous! Poor customer service!!!! Never apologized either. On top of it all wings we’re horribly too greasy!
Good food.. good prices… great service
I was disappointed in this visit. Prices had gone up (but understandably so) but quality had gone down. Burger had “off” flavor. Fries were requested unseasoned and arrived mostly unseasoned but also mixed in with seasoned fries, which I do NOT like. Portion size was much smaller than usual. Overall disappointing.
The bartenders, food, and drinks were all excellent.
The best Old Fashioneds in the tri cities are made at the Kingsprt East Coast Wings. Both Randy and Lindsey make them perfectly!. Their other drinks are also great, but the Old Fashioneds are amazing.
