We are usually thrilled and super satisfied with the job your guys do. This time there were still spots, and you can see the lines from the machine, even after it dried. Quite disappointed this time around.
Easy access on the phone. Friendly associates providing the cleaning service. Carpets smell good and are very clean now that they have been cleaned. Also, carpets look very good now that they were dry and they were dry within 24 hours.

I’ve used other carpet cleaning companies in the past and after hearing great things about zerorez, I decided to give them a try. I was blown away with the difference! They cleaned an upholstered chair and it looked brand new! Our carpets are spotless and feel soft again, instead of crunchy like they’ve been after other cleanings. The technicians were thorough and friendly. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

My rooms always look and smell clean after they come.
I like the fact that you don’t use detergent. And normally I’m happy with the service, however, I felt like the two guys that showed up rushed through the cleaning of my carpet. They were in and out in 40 minutes. I just felt like they could’ve taken a little bit more time and focused on the whole carpet rather than just a stain marks.
They were nice and they took good care to take care of my furniture and everything else, but it just felt rushed.
We had two services from your crews--rug cleaning and vent cleaning. Both crews were professional, polite and respectful. I'm not sure the rugs actually got clean, but they did get good and wet (took two days before we could bring them back into the house). One of the rugs is virtually white and the traffic patterns still show. Other than that, we'd do business with you again.

Very professional carpets look beautiful
We are hesitant to reuse zero rez because the last 2 times you have come, we have had to have the cleaners come back to do a better job. We have used zero rez for 12 years, and when we are paying $100’s of dollars, we expect a thorough, good job. We have felt like they are more interested in doing a QUICK job. Unfortunate. While we do appreciate that they came back and did a better job, we didnt like the hassle of having to have them come back.
Our carpet cleaner was awesome so thorough and polite! He did a great job. 10/10 recommend. He deserves a raise!

There were four spots on my carpet in my den that we’re not in the pathway. When the carpet dried, they reappeared.

The hidden costs. The $25.00 service fee. An additional $75.00 if the first treatment for dog urine didn't work.
Thanks again to Zerorez and the excellent service and cleaning results. I've been spoiled by those results and will only hire Zerorez to clean my carpets.
