We had a very large oil stain in our driveway I believe from the van. I was happy with the service and our tech did a good job it just was more than double the cost of what we thought would be doing the three room special. I felt if we didn’t do certain spots I was told it would be very stinky so I almost felt like it’s not stinky now so then let’s not do it…
My carpets are older and warn in places, but after ZeroRez cleaned them they looked so much better than I thought they would! My technician was great. I’m very happy their service.

The young man who came to clean our carpets was just so nice and polite. Really liked him alot.
Everything was looking great except for the living room which he did last., it came out looking striped, as if some stripes were clean and some still had dirty water in it that didn't get extracted.
I didn't want to get him in trouble so i did not call and complain. Maybe he needs a little more training, he definitely was very nice.
