No chemicals, deep clean, awesome technician 😁

We have loved your service in the past. This time we were charge biological waste charges for each spot where a friend's dog has peed on the carpet. These spots were small before the carpet cleaning and now the spots are huge. So much bigger and we payed 75.00 per spot. Had someone else come out to clean the spots and were left with the same result. At no time was I told that the spots might end up bigger or might not come out. For that kind of money it should be guaranteed. I would like to be refunded all the biological waste fees so that I can buy a rug now to over the spots that now exist.

I've been using Zerorez since I got my new carpet. I've never had a bad experience. They do good work and they're reasonably priced. I don't care to go anywhere else!

Got out a decade of dirt

My carpets were really wet and the stairs seemed clean when he left but are already dirty again.

Shawn was great. He called prior to arrival and was on time. He cleaned our carpets nicely, paying attention to details. He was courteous and professional. He also helped us move a few pieces of furniture which was a kind gesture. Our carpets look great.

Edwin is was great! He was very friendly, informative and did a great job. Will request him for future services.

We had such a great experience with Edwin as our technician. He told us about some service upgrades we could do, but he was not a high-pressure salesman. He took the time to do an excellent job in cleaning our carpets. Our carpets look and smell so much better.

My technician was excellent. She called me and then came early, walked the job with me to check out challenges and got right to work. Her work was top notch. The thing I really like is how quickly the carpet dries afterwards and how clean my old carpet was when completed.

Technician was great

I had an interesting experience. I’ve used several carpet cleaners in the past. Love Cleaning, Chem Dry, TruRinse and now ZeroRez.

I was pretty excited to try ZeroRez. Our house is fairly clean and we don’t wear shoes in it ever. We do have a dog, but non shedding and confined upstairs only.

My house had 2 bedrooms up and a basement, stairs and 2 rooms down.

The initial clean was just ok, but I noticed two rooms actually appeared worse after the initial cleaning and called for a reservice. It was honestly like stuff had been smeared around and not cleaned. It also smelled super musty and unclean. I would highly recommend a fragrance of sorts to help. Understanding though that might not be doable.

I called for a reservice and they came out again to redo the two rooms upstairs. And touch up a few areas downstairs. Night and day difference. It was almost like the first clean didn’t use hot water or something. Not sure. I spent $350 for my total cleaning service. Ultimately, loved the service techs and their professionalism, but not so hot on the cleaning.

Kinda makes me question if my downstairs was even done correctly but don’t have the energy and time to have a total redo down there.
