Quick and professional

I was very impressed. They called before they came and were on time. They did a great job. Very professional and kind
They showed up on time and were friendly but professional. We walked the job and I was asked if I had any questions. They then went right to work and seemed through. After they finished we walked the areas to make sure I was satisfied with the job done. They then packed away their tools and then walked the areas again to make sure everything was as it should be and then left.

Great technicians
Every thing. The young lady was amazing.
For three rooms with pet treatment and deodorizer, the technician was only there for a maximum of 35 minutes. That isn't enough time to clean three carpets the way they should be. The carpets didn't dry in 8 hours even with a couple of fans running. I had to clean a couple of the spots on my own in two of the rooms. The amount of money I spent wasn't worth it.
Easy to schedule, friendly, fast
The Technician that cleaned my carpets (Chase) was great. Prompt, He explained everything with a sense of humor and was very open to me checking to see how it was going. He set very real expectations for me about the condition of my carpet and what I could expect when he was done.

Rooms look great. Slightly disappointed with the stairs. That why I decided to get my carpets cleaned and the stairs still looked off. You could still see dirty footsteps carpet in rooms were beautifully clean.

The carpets and kitchen tile was great !However we also had a love seat and 3 cushion couch cleaned and we were disappointed at the outcome. We will use Zerorez again, but not for shampooing furniture.

I was told when I made the appointment that the cleaning would cost $60 then a minimum difference charge of $39 to show up. The technician said with the order treatment there would be extra charges that would cover the $39 minimum difference charge. We were still charged $39 for the minimum difference. I should have asked to see the breakdown of the invoice before work started. We did accept the price before work started. Otherwise, they did a very good job and completed it very quickly. I might try someone else next time.
