Your carpet cleaning process is very effective. I have old carpet but even at that it cleans up nicely when properly cleaned. When the last cleaning was done it was not to the same degree of cleanliness as the other times I have used your company. I called and a re-service was promptly scheduled and completed with results I am very happy with. Your techs are hard working and very personable. You stand behind the objective of customer satisfaction and even with the slight inconvenience of a re-service I am confident in the final result. I do recommend your company and will be using your services going forward.
Very friendly and good work
To try to get rid of cat urine smell our bill tripled. Not using you again and I’ve been posting to the city page how outrageous the charge suddenly became. Not thrilled. Double cost? Reasonable. Triple? No…

The tech called at 1:30 and told us he was on the way. We had clarified multiple times when scheduling and doing our confirmation that with commercial for our office was scheduled between 3-5. We were told we would get a 30 minute notice. So we let him know the soonest we could be ready was 2:45 but that we were told that the earliest time he would come was 3:00. He said okay then I will be there at 3:00. He ended up coming back at 3:45. When the tech showed up, he instantly started to say he was not able to do our office. That he did not have the right equipment. I did not understand this because it was a commercial clean. We are on the second floor but we were told that would not be a problem AND we had used Zerorez before so we know it was possible. I explained that we already had to close our office 2 hours early for this service and that we would not be able to close another day for something that was scheduled and confirmed. He again said someone would have to come back and my response was as long as that person comes back today, that is fine, I would wait as long as needed. He told me he would have to go and figure some stuff out. He left to his truck for a long while but then came in the back door that we had propped open for him. By time he got all of his equipment up and started cleaning is was now almost 4:45. He was huffing and puffing the whole time and acting annoyed that I had told him we would not reschedule and that for commercial cleaning they should be able to do an office on the second floor. I soon heard the noise stop and went to the back to see how things were going and he was gone. He did not come back up front to tell me he was done, he was just gone. I looked outside thinking he would still be out at least putting things in his truck but the truck was gone. It took him an hour from the time he went to his truck to "figure things out" then get his equipment upstairs. But somehow he was done cleaning, able to clean all the tubes and hose up and get them back into his truck by 5:10, that is when I went back into my office to see he was gone. So from the start of cleaning, 4:45 to done and gone by 5:10 seems crazy. The carpets do not look better in the high traffic area, and I know for sure he did not do any of the front area. He showed me a little spot he might not be able to reach because the tubes and equipment couldn't reach. *again still not sure how a commercial cleaning company can not accommodate an office on the 2nd floor. Seems like some offices are much bigger than ours so do you just not do anything but lower level business?* I said if you can't reach this tiny front area then at least do the rest. But he did not come back up front to the other side at all. The lack of communication, and then the frustration he seemed to have with us over not wanting to reschedule was disappointing. Sadly we won't be able to use zerorez again. We decided to close the office to use your company because we were so satisfied the last time we used you. But now we will just find a company that can come during hour we do not need to close and refuse to see patients.
It is INSANE that on top of how much it costs to get carpets cleaned you have the audacity to ask if we want to tip. Tip for what? Doing your job? Are you not paying your workers enough that you have to ask customers to now help out and pay extra for DOING THEIR JOB? The tipping culture is out of hand. I recommend removing that because I am sure there are many other people who feel the same way.
I like how clean my carpet is when dinner and how quickly it dries. I also love that my carpet feels soft after a cleaning. Not stiff and crunchy.

I was ready to replace our carpets, they looked so horrible. We've had another company clean them before. It didnt work well. Zerorez was fantastic! My carpets are like new again. It was fast and easy. Rep showed up on time and communicated well. Great experience.
