I have really liked Zerorez pervious to my last cleaning. The person who came was too fast and prided himself on his speed. After he left I found several spots that he had missed. I wanted a thorough cleaning because a sick dog had had several accidents on my carpet since my previous cleaning two months before. Not all technicians are the same!

Zerorez has been our carpet cleaner for our Springville based licensed daycare facility for a couple of years now. Uncharacteristically, our last cleaning was not up to par and I requested a redo of the traffic areas of the recently cleaned carpets which they gladly scheduled. The redo was fantastically done by their technician Mark and we could not be happier. Sometimes things are not done as they were intended, but Zerorez stands by their word and made things great.

Scent and effectiveness

We had stains in our carpets and the technician was able to get the stains out and the carpet came very clean. The technician was very helpful, easy to talk to and it didn’t take long to clean our upstairs and downstairs. I give our technician a 5 star rating.
