Smoother communication over the phone— multiple reps told us different pricing estimates and it was confusing
The technician was prompt and worked hard to clean our upholstery.
First and second initial point of contact got me to experienced agents on the phone...actual live humans! Lately, I'm always surprised--and often alarmed--when I have to talk to some AI voice who inevitably has to transfer me to a human, anyway...a much preferable way to book a visit for typical residential services. It was super easy to schedule a visit for carpet cleaning. The ZeroRez tech who came to our home was courteous and professional, and did an excellent job.

A recent service, July 24th, the attendant said a rug,
which is impossible to move, is an additional charge.
In other words, he was saying I would be charged
twice for the same room!!

I have reached out to the tech who came to my home, along with the text correspondence I had with the office (prior to the cleaning...who previously was super helpful), but no one has responded to me concerning the smell not coming out and now it and one of the stains being worse! 2 of the area's that needed treatment due to dog urine, were worse that before he came. The smell is much stronger, and the stain is much larger upstairs than it was before.
I reached out to the tech to ask how it went because I left to run to the store while he cleaned and he texted me that he was already done (less than an hour), before I could get back. He said, "cleaned up very nicely, the only concerns are about the carpet in the master bedroom because the carpet is a bit worn out in the high traffic area, other than that it cleaned up pretty good". I asked if the smell came out downstairs on the landing (cat urine), and that he had left 2 of his cones that i would put outside on the porch for him to come pick up. All he said was "thanks for letting me know", but did not answer me on the smell. When I got back to the house, it smelled worse than before, and the stain upstairs was much larger. It actually stinks upstairs like human urine now. I paid a lot of money ($689.70), and in such a large job, I was surprised he could do a thorough job so fast. He told me the den didn't need to be done, so I told him that was fine, but he never adjusted the price. I paid for the pet spot treatments, and expected them to be clean and the smell I had prior, to be gone. Unfortunately, it is worse on both accounts. I would love to have him come back and get his cones as well as redo the job correctly please. Thank you so much for your help. Maybe it was just an "off" day with the chemicals you use, or something. But I definitely expected it to take longer than it did. And will stay next time to make sure it was done correctly. I have never used your service before, and have only heard good things about it. I believe this was a mistake, that can be resolved. I would appreciate it if you could adjust my fee's for being talked out of doing one of the rooms, and if you could please come back to redo the job correctly. Thank you so much
