I recognize that the man who came worked very hard. However two places that are not clean are right inside my front door.

I noticed that when he went over something again that it made the area somewhat darker--one area is in the middle of the living room floor.

He arrived at 2 pm so the bedroom rug was still wet as we got up during the night even though we were told it could be dry in 4 hours--(He wasn't finished until 3:30 pm.)

I know that you will tell me that this is an older carpet, but there are just 2 adults living here.

I would, at least, like the two areas just inside the front door be made clean, in the doorway of the office, in the doorway to the bedroom.

Our carpet looked great when the technician was done. They didn't take that long to dry. We have used Zerorez in the past and will continue to do so.

He took charge and took the time needed to clean the desired rooms in addition helping us to clean other areas. He was very through and cleaned up completely when finished. I will have Zerorez come back to clean in the future.
