We paid over $600 for a small condo and the carpets still smell and the water comes out very dirty with our dinky little hand cleaner after them being cleaned by Zerorez and paying for the deep treatment on some pet spots. The second time a tech came out I specifically asked them to clean the edges of the carpet that were completely missed before, and they still didn’t do it. The techs were both very nice, I just think the product and training is not very good.
The zero Rez rep. was very courteous and efficient. He was able to remove a large ink stain that we feared would be permanent. we were pleased with his service!
Bait and switch. Over charged and didn't correct it.

I'm sorry this has not been a good experience for us. We felt the first time the carpets were not cleaned well. When a Tech came back to redo one room and the stairs, I was charged another $120.00. I was told it was because the first Tech didn't use a black light and see pet spots in the carpet, so he didn't use special stuff to clean those areas. Anyway, what started out to be $130.00 turned into almost $400.00.
Friendly technicians, excellent cleaning job
The AZ techs were friendly but they were messy and they didnt complete services that were added on with our purchase of the purifier. They didnt complete the sanitizing fog or the dryer vent cleaning. Very disappointed they sold us using "salesman tactics" and didnt follow through with the service. I had to call for a re-visit to get those services complete.

The two main spots that needed help. The tech said no problem. Paid extra for the rates treatment. When they came down from cleaning they said it’s gone. That see could barely see where it was. After couple hours of drying we went to go look and there they were clear as day

I liked you could come to house quickly and they called before they arrived as promised.
I guess I feel that for the price, it just seems meh. The carpet felt a little crispy. We have some stains still unfortunately which I had hoped would disappear. I don’t know if some of them are the ones he warned had a .1% chance of surfacing after the pet treatment, but it detracts from the overall experience. Also, one small nick on a bookcase. Corner guards should be on furniture, too, if needed, not just walls and banisters. Also, the stairs were still wet over 24 hours later. Technician was very nice and polite. I found it very odd and was surprised that he wore his street shoes the whole time including when you go over the freshly cleaned carpet at the end. My husband feels it was money wasted.

Worker missed a single step that is super high traffic and dirty and part of our living room, but was missed. Otherwise work was great, but would appreciate if he came back and did that quickly.
It was easy to schedule on line and the service was provided as scheduled and expected.
All in all, it was a seamless transaction from start to finish.
Technician explained use of different products to remedy the "pet issue" concluding with a protectant product that he explained was harmful to birds if there were any in the home. Important to know if I had pet birds.
Availability was great, got on their schedule the next day!
