Although most of the house was done very well, there was one throw rug that didn't look like it should. I would suggest having the home owner tour the house at the conclusion to make sure everything was done as well as it could be.

Zerorez cleaned the carpets in my entire basement plus the stairs. They did an excellent job - the carpet looks amazing. The two technicians that came to my house were punctual, polite, and got busy very quickly. They were in an out of my house if just over an hour. Very impressed with this company. Don’t park in the mud, or track mud in the house.

I really appreciate the amount of time and detail Mia put into my services. She was by far the best tech they have. I used to use their services quite a bit, but prior to me. I was often left feeling like I was playing roulette with who I would get and how long it would be here and the level of care they would take in my cleaning, so we had quite a few bad experiences, but after finding out you can request certain texts we are back to being loyal customers and will be requesting her every time thank me later and make sure you request her.
