We love Zerorez! The employees are always friendly and professional, and they do a great job on the carpet removing stains and odors. I also like how quickly it dries and doesn’t leave a film.

The technician Mya was professional and friendly.
When I booked the service, the website displayed a 25% discount and gave a code to claim it. The booking gent said the code didn’t exist and wouldn’t apply the cod. Even after I booked the service the website banner still existed. I took a screen shot. I fel it was a sort of a bait and switch tactic. The technician was pleasant and professional.
Left soap residue on floor and in grout. Not good.

You're technicians explained everything to us .i feel like they went the extra mile.They were great.
The technician, Landon, did an excellent job. He was very courteous and professional. My only issue is that when I made the appointment I was told it would take 4-6 hours for the carpet to dry. It took almost 2 days.
I am so grateful we had Zerorez did our carpets, our technician was wonderful and did an amazing job. We will reach out again soon for more cleaning.

Outstanding customer service from start to finish!
I was very happy with Zerorez. My rugs look great. The attendant did a great job. He explained everything well and was very efficient. zerorez cleaned some of my furniture about a year ago and l was very happy with the work. I will certainly use Zerorez again.
