Very professional and was able to make an appointment quick. We had an issue with some of the equipment that they work to solve it and then continue to get the job taken care of.

The young man told me what I needed to do as far as having a pet and putting a substance on the carpet so that the wouldn’t pee in the same place and he was very efficient and did a great job

We had a great experience with Zerorez in the past, so when we needed our carpets cleaned again, I called Zerorez. Brendan, the service tech, arrived on time and was professional and friendly. Brendan explained the cleaning process and we appreciated his attention to detail. After the cleaning, our carpets looked noticeably cleaner and fresher. We are completely satisfied with the service and will definitely use Zerorez again.
