after the carpet dried I can see many dirt spots, and traffic areas still dirty. If only using water I think it needs more going over to pick up dirt. even my friend commented "not a good job, you should have used shampoo!"

We had our carpets cleaned on the 7th of August. We thought he was awfully quick to get it all done but it looked alright. Well, 2 weeks later and the spots are returning on the carpets. Is this typical? We are becoming very disappointed as each day it gets more noticable. Please reply. Thanks
They are efficient and are able to get tough stains out and make your carpet look brand new again!

The recent job performance was great. The technician really took care to do the job well. He especially worked hard on my walkways.
11K was a crazy quote. I know the carpet was bad and it is being replaced in a few months but 11K was nuts. To replace all of it it is costing $35k for reference.

I had a great experience! Patty was so cool! She was very professional and friendly! The carpet I have is easily over 30 years old and needs to be replaced. Patty made it look new.
