Reasonably priced. Nice technician who really worked on our trouble spots.

The carpet doesn’t look like you did anything. Still looks as bad as before you cleaned it. Took him 40 minutes to do what you charged 4 rooms. Didn’t pretreat tracked areas before. If he knew all of the reasons he gave me after, for how the carpet type, the wear areas and the equipment couldn’t clean the carpet properly, he should not accepted the job and told me in advance. He told me he was offended that I thought it was a bad job and then sarcastically said the customer was always right. I don’t have time to continue this. I have rented my own machine and cleaning it myself. Told the friend who referred me to stop recommending you. And I am done with this situation.please don’t continue contacting me anymore.

Friendly and didn’t push any extra services on us

Before Zerorez arrived at our business, I looked at the lobby and thought how sad it was that such once pretty carpet had lost its definition. We had Zerorez clean these a couple of years ago. The technician did a fairly good job. We had some very difficult areas and while he did work to get them clean, some of the tough stains were lighter but did not come completely clean. This time, however, our technician was LuAnn H. I will ask for her EVERY TIME! My carpeted areas are now spotless! The definition in the pattern of the carpet is now back. The carpet truly looks like it did when it was NEW! I was both shocked and overwhelmed at the transformation. Luann, THANK YOU for such an awesome job. Zerorez, thank you for hiring LuAnn. She is for sure a keeper!

Greatest Company to work with! Easy online scheduling, the technicians take care in saving the corners of your wall by placing corner savers, love the carpet cleaning products they use, and the protectant for my area rugs.

They were punctual and got everything done in half the time I was originally quoted. They also cleaned an extra room for me at no extra charge

You should allow the workers to move some furniture.

The last agent left a resdue on part the hardwood floors. Have not been able to remove the resdue from the floor
