The did a thorough job but I wish they would protect the corners of the walls. They got rubbed by the hose pretty good.

Got my old carpets very clean.
Ethan was very friendly and suggested other ideas of what we might need to do to not only clean the carpet but to keep it clean. He was very professional and he and the other young men that were helping him got the carpet cleaning done in a timely manner. I have waited to see how the carpet dried to write this review and it looks very nice, with many of the dark stained areas completely gone. Probably the best it has looked when we have had our carpet cleaned.

I was very happy with my carpets after they were cleaned.
Chase was a hard worker and did a great job. I wasn't aware of the up sale pricing and wished I had know that the special was only allowed on one home. The extra room I asked to be cleaned, ended up being more than the original special I wanted for the apartment because I wasn't aware of pricing until after it was done. I wish I had been fore warned and I would have made difference choices.
Took them less than an hour to do three rooms, stairs and a hallway.
On the downside we couldn't use the rooms for a day and a half. It took that long to dry.
My carpets look beautiful. They took my oriental rugs to a special cleaner so I hope they look as good when they come back.
It was easy to set up the service. The person who came out was knowledgeable and walked me through the process of what was going to be done. Everything turned out fantastic!

I want to share my concerns regarding the recent service at my home, as the experience was very disappointing due to poor communication and incomplete work.At a quick glance, the email I received appeared brief, and I did not notice the instruction requiring all furniture to be removed from the rooms. In the past, companies I’ve hired were willing to move furniture within a room to clean underneath, so this requirement was not expected.When the technician arrived, I told him I was willing to move items if that would help. He responded “okay,” which led me to believe he did not need my assistance. He proceeded with the service without moving any furniture. We had already removed most items prior to his arrival, leaving only a bed and dresser in two bedrooms.After the service was completed, I asked if he had moved anything, and only then was I informed that he was not allowed to move furniture. He then packed up and left. I was honestly shocked—had this been communicated earlier, I would have moved everything immediately. As a result, a significant portion of several rooms was not cleaned at all.This experience reflects very poor communication and substandard service. Unfortunately, it makes it difficult for me to ever use or recommend your services in the future.
