We are very pleased with the way our carpets were cleaned. They did a VERY good job. It made a very big difference.

I have used your services multiple times and have been very happy. Unfortunately, this time the carpet doesn't look as clean as is usually does. It's definitely getting older but it's only been a year since it was last cleaned. This time is barely looks like it was cleaned. I will probably look for a different company in the future or hope you guys do a better job like the last 3 times I used your services.

Dallin stayed until the ducts were cleaned to my satisfaction, even though it was a tough job!

I was not impressed with your response to my survey wanting to “make things right” after your agent showed reckless disregard to my elderly father. I think you wrote that for the sake of other readers so they would think you were actually doing something, when all you did was give me the name of the agent and tell me just to request someone else next time. I was not impressed.

Next time, we’ll look for someone who will help move furniture (your people used to do that). We don’t have a lot and it’s not terribly heavy, but I shouldn’t have moved it since I have a bad hernia. Your agent wouldn’t stoop to pick up a pair of pom poms that had fallen and instead watched my disabled father with dementia try to do it and almost fall. Perhaps he was distracted by his phone, which he was on constantly. But at least I know his name. How helpful.

Super professional, my carpets look and smell clean. We did the pet treatment for a problem area and it worked really well actually. I’m impressed.

This was my first experience with Zerorez. I was happy with the service I received in cleaning my dryer vent. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I'm having them clean my carpet in a couple of weeks.

Wasn’t super impressed with Daphne. Nice gal but not thorough and didn’t go over the job when she was done and feel she missed a few things. I’ve always been happy with the techs but she was too fast and wanted to get to the next job. Lots of upselling going on too.

The technician was super friendly, answered all of my questions, and was so helpful. I appreciated his willingness to listen to my concerns and address them honestly.

Dayrl was our technician. He was prompt, professional and communicated very well. He assisted in getting us the best price package and gave us the estimate before he started the service so we could decide if we wanted additional services or in our situation making sure we still wanted the area rugs cleaned due to the price. We were very happy with the outcome.

We use zero rez every time we clean our carpets. I am obsessed with how wonderful our carpets look and feel afterwards. This time we had Casey clean for us and he was a true wizard! Wow oh wow! what an amazing job he did!!

you did not get the floor cleaned plus i had to have you come back and do it again and it still was not done to my liking. And the bill was astronomical I was told by all my neighbors how bad you guys took us to the cleaners literally. I would never use you again or recommend you to anyone else the second guy did a better job but it still diden't get clean I had to hire another company to come in and get it cleaned the right way.???

My experience has been I'm always pleased with how nice the carpets look after Zerorez has cleaned them.

The tech was awesome, great communication and my carpets look amazing, I would absolutely recommend zerorez. He called on his way, put corner protectors everywhere the hose could rub and was very friendly. 10/up would recommend.

There are whole lines the technician missed in the cleaning. My closet was considered a room and it’s tiny and half of it wasn’t even done. The job was fine but I’m trying to sell my home and these kinds of things are annoying. Paying $316 and he was here under an hour.

I like the Zerorez cleaning products, and the tech was quick and efficient!
