Our carpets look great after your cleaning

Attention to detail - I did walk the rooms with the technician, pointing out the usual trouble spots - high traffic mostly. However, there is one small spot on the carpet that looked easy to get out that I did not point out to him. After the carpet dried and putting furniture back, I noticed that the spot is still there. It's not very big and I will spot clean it myself, but it made me wonder how well my carpet really got cleaned. The stairs were also an area that I was concerned about and I believe could be done better on the edges. It's very difficult to walk the house after the cleaning while the carpets are still wet, so it is always after the fact that I notice things that could have been better.
