The fact that no residue is left in the carpet. You were on time and went right to work. Our service man (Matt) was very friendly.
I had to have Zero Rez come back again to clean spots that were missed or not addressed the first time. After the first cleaning, my carpets looked significantly worse than before, and there are still spots that I don't feel were addressed after the 2nd cleaning.
The technician that came out to clean our carpets was absolutely amazing very knowledgeable very thorough and did an excellent job

I use Zerorez twice a year. The carpet cleaning is amazing and my carpets always look and feel great. My carpet is 20+ years old and you would never know it. The cleaning crew is very thorough and makes sure they put up blockers so they do not scatch my walls with the hoses when cleaning. I 100% recommend using Zerorez.
Not sure the carpet is clean and also seems to feel rough under our feet. May go with another carpet cleaner next time.

Helpful text system makes it easy to schedule and reschedule when life changes. Quick response when they are contacted with questions or concerns. Technicians are thoughtful with protecting corners and floors from damage from hoses and water. Carpets were cleaned efficiently leaving no residue or smell. With each vacuuming, the carpets look better and better. No pressure to add services or treatments.
We were living in Colorado and needed our carpets cleaned before we moved to Utah. Even while living out the state during the cleaning, the communication was so easy and the quality of the clean was great! We’ll use them again!
I was largely misquoted on my original phone call. I specifically said I wanted 4 rooms, a loft, hallway, stairs and a sectional. When the carpet cleaner showed up, he said he my quote was only shows 3 rooms and then said the sectional was much bigger than he was told which would have all come with additional costs. The person on the phone asked me what the linear footage of the sectional was, but apparently he should have asked for square footage. Long story short, with the "extra" room and the additional area of the sectional, it would have been an extra $200 on top of what i was already quoted. The frustrating thing about that, is I was calling other companies and was quoted about $20 lower than my original Zerorez quote for everything so as soon as I was being told these extra costs, I immediately regretted not going with the other company. I just told him to not do the sectional. And he worked with me on one of my rooms because it was so small. Ultimately, the carpets turned out GREAT. But I think the issues started with the individual I was on the phone with initially. I had to continuously repeat information and it took him about 7 minutes just to pull up my address. I had to keep repeating it. Then, there was about 5 minutes of silence and I had to ask, "hey so were you able to find my address?" He then said something was going on with his system and tried to confirm the street name, which he had wrong for some reason, even though i spelled it out for him. Then he repeated back the wrong house number. That alone made me want to hang up and go with my first quote because their rep seemed to have her stuff together. The only reason I continued is because my wife has liked your quality of work in the past and the quick drying. I have already contacted the other company to do my sectional and rug, so I don't believe there is anything else to fix at this point. And like I mentioned, the guy who showed up already knocked off some of the cost for the rooms he cleaned and I am satisfied with that.
