Make sure that carpet cleaning is all complete. Tech left some streaks in the hallway
Matthew was professional, efficient and did a great job. I have always used Zerorez and will continue to refer my friends.
After our carpets were cleaned we asked the tech if we could see the tank to get an idea of how dirty the carpets were. Since we were his first stop that day, it would be easy to tell. We looking in the tank and there was less than a gallon of water in it and it wasn't very dirty at all. This wouldn't be alarming if the carpets had been cleaned recently, but they have never been professionally cleaned and they are 17 years old. We vacuum regularly and have taken care of our carpets, but we were expecting it to be a lot worse. So if a gallon of semi dirty water is all we see after 17 years of use in 4 rooms and a stair case, I guess we won't be needing your services again.
One thing the tech mentioned was that our carpets looked clean and he didn't think they were that dirty, so he didn't feel he needed to spend as much time on them. So now I'm wondering if we really got the deep clean that Zerorez advertises, or if we just spent over $250 for a 1 1/2 hour lightweight service because our carpets "looked clean".
Been using these guys for years and have always been very satisfied with the cleaning, the people that they send and the customer service they offer. I highly recommend Zerorez!!

Excellent cleaning! Sean did a really great job, very polite and worked very hard! He was very aware of his surroundings and made sure to an excellent and professional cleaning of my carpet and stairs.

I had the tile grout cleaned in a hallway and the basement kitchen area. There are some unclean patches throughout both areas that were cleaned. I believe a technician needs to return and work on some areas.

The gentleman who performed the service was great. The 3 hour window is hard, especially when they came at the end of the window and the service took longer than we anticipated. But he was incredibly kind and professional and did a great job!!
Great professional service
I was impressed by the communication from the two gentlemen that showed up to clean my carpets. When it came to the cleaning itself I feel like it was a rushed job. As I watched the gentleman cleaning my family room there was no going back over an area that had high traffic or that was treated for pet urine. My carpets do not look as good as I was expecting. I have seen other work from Zerorez at my daughters home and her cleaning was of much better quality.
