It took three visits to get to an acceptable “cleaning.” I was very surprised at how poor the quality of service was and that we had to have the company come back two additional times after the initial cleaning to remedy the poor cleaning. We have a light colored couch, and somehow the dirty cleaning water spread dirty spots more than it cleaned them. For nearly $300 dollars for two chairs and a mid size couch, the service guy was only here for 45 minutes. I tried pointing out that it did not look clean, but he said it needed to dry. It was still dirty and actually looked worse in some spots. He also did not clean all sides of the cushions. I asked not to have the same service guy come back. They sent the same guy. The third time they sent a new service person. In the end, it looks “okay” but I would never use ZeroRez again. I would not recommend using this company.

Vicky and another rep I spoke to on the phone were terrific and very helpful! This was a gift for my mom-in-law, and she was very pleased with how the carpets turned out, as well as the gentleman who cleaned them. (not sure of name...maybe Jed?) I live in AZ and my mom in UT, so I appreciate the help from your staff to take care of managing the payment on the phone and all the logistics and info! My mom is already referring you to her neighbors, so hopefully you will get some extra business! I was very impressed with the friendliness and customer service we received! Thank you so much!

It is very easy to set up an appointment, or even reschedule an appointment if necessary. The carpet cleaning techs are always considerate and courteous, and want to make sure I'm satisfied with their work before they leave. I especially like that if, once in a great while, I need them to return to reclean a particular area, it is easily and quickly taken care of. I have confidence in Zerorez and have used their service for several years. Always very pleased!
Carson and his “trainee” were awesome; punctual, conscientious, thorough, and friendly. People make a business a success!

I had cleaned everything out from underneath our bed and they didn’t touch it . It was only that room and 2 stair cases. They left my wood floors very dirty from dirty water . I was never sent any type of prepping instructions. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t use this company again.

The tech who cleaned our carpet did a good job on the carpet, but that evening while we were putting our living room back in order I discovered that he had knocked over a brass table lamp and never said anything about it! He had set it back up on TOP of a vintage sewing box that had been sitting next to the lamp and the lamp was turned around so the cord was toward the front instead of the back of the table, and one of the brackets holding the lamp shade up is now bent.
Sean and Brandon were very professional and fast. Carpets came out great.

I added the protectant service without realizing how saturated it would leave the carpets. I was told the carpets would be fully dry within about 8 hours, but 16 hours later they were still soaking my socks when I walked on them. Even after 2 days, many areas were still very wet and required redrying the carpets. I’ve had to run fans and a dehumidifier continuously because I became concerned about moisture remaining in the carpet and padding.
Some stains also resurfaced after the carpets stayed wet so long and had to be redone.
After the cleaning and protectant application, my family and I all experienced irritation and discomfort in our feet after walking on the carpets. I developed burning foot pain followed by widespread body pain and significant fatigue. The rest of my family also experienced unusually heavy fatigue for about two days. I am still dealing with lingering fatigue and symptoms.
At this point, I regret adding the protectant because I was not aware it would leave the carpets this wet or potentially cause these kinds of reactions in our home.
At minimum, I do not feel I should have been charged for the protectant service given the excessive saturation, prolonged drying time, and the problems that followed. I also incurred additional inconvenience and concern from having to run fans and a dehumidifier for days afterward.
I’d appreciate hearing what ZeroRez can do to help make this situation right.
The team explained the process to our understanding, was thorough, polite, efficient and proficient. It was a pleasure to work with them and results on our 23 + year old carpet were better than expected.
