The quality of your work and staff. I also love the protectant you put on cloth furniture, rugs etc. I had a new sofa and rug and some stools that needed to be treated as well as my annual carpet cleaning. Patty was great.
The person that came to clean was friendly and answered all of my questions. He did a good job cleaning the carpet as well.

Very clean carpets and help with pet stains and odors
We had a wonderful experience with Zerorez. They were professional, on time, and incredibly thorough. Our carpets look and smell amazing—honestly better than we expected. They were also very kind and easy to work with, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We’re really grateful for the great work and would happily recommend them to anyone needing their carpets cleaned!

The service tech Evan was very cordial, assessed the areas that needed cleaning, explained everything he was going to do and went to work with cones to protect wall corners and furniture.
