It is not as clean as we thought it was when it was first done. After it dried, it's kind of disappointing.
The techs are always friendly and do a thorough job.

The gentleman who performed the service was great. The 3 hour window is hard, especially when they came at the end of the window and the service took longer than we anticipated. But he was incredibly kind and professional and did a great job!!
Great professional service
The technician was friendly, honest, hard working and he did a great job.
I especially like the technicians. They are friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
Technician was on time and worked quickly. Carpets were not too wet and dried fast.
The only negative is all the additional hidden fees. I have used other carpet cleaners that are more up front about their fees, pet stain removal costs etc... I ended up spending about $150 more than I was quoted. It would be nice to mention those additional costs in ads and in bids.
Honestly the second service on my carpets was a really good experience. Matt was very professional and answered all the questions I had after the first cleaning was very subpar.
My suggestion for zerorez is to improve there’s technicians training to do the same service every time whether it LOOKS like it is needed or not.
I wasn’t able to meet the first technician at our rental and left cash for payment. A few days after I noticed lots of leftover stuff on the carpet.
Long story short I would recommend zerorez after my second cleaning which was free as Kaitlin wanted to make things right and I’m happy she did.
